The serviced apartment was conveniently located just a 10 minute walk from the city center. There was a shop located only 5 minutes away, making it easy to grab necessities. The apartment itself was well-organized and professionally managed. Overall it was a great place to stay during our visit.

The apartment had some quirky design elements that I later learned are common in older British homes. The toilet was situated right next to the bathroom door, which made using it feel a bit awkward and cramped. The separate hot and cold taps in the bathroom meant it was tricky to get the water to a comfortable temperature. However, these were minor complaints overall.

We were a family of 5 and stayed for just one night, we definitely recommend and would stay again. Apartment was exceptional, clean and all very new, we could easily live here! No more than a 15 minute walk into the town centre and paid the extra £10 to park on the premises. Overall a very pleasant stay, wish we stayed for a few more nights. Thank you

There wasn't anything to dislike, the accommodation was perfect for our visit to Cardiff - whilst we initially had an issue with our door key not working, the situation was resolved very quickly and did not impact our stay.

Location was really good for us. Close to the park and an easy walk into the centre. Nearby shops / places to eat and drink. Lovely walk close by in the park and along the river. The apartment was a good size, clean and well equipped. Bed was warm and comfy. Complimentary toiletries were good quality and lovely to use. Wi-fi was good too!

The only thing I an think that needs improving is having a socket near a mirror for drying my hair. There were lots of sockets and good mirrors, but not together!

Brilliant location, specially if you're planning on watching the cricket. Very spacious flat and good privacy between the two bedrooms.

It would've been nice to have two fans on the property rather than just one given it's a two-bedroom flat. To the hosts credit they were very apologetic and did try to locate an extra one for us. We resorted to leaving the windows open at night but I'm always hesitant doing that in the children's bedroom.

Location was very good for what we wanted to do on our visit. Apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. When we had a problem it was easy to contact someone and the kettle was replaced straightaway. Parking was good.

Unfortunately, the lock to the ensuite bathroom didn't work and the shower temperature was too hot to use and couldn't be altered but we were able to use the other shower so not too much of an issue.

The property management was welcoming, friendly and helpful. We stayed in this iconic period building, which has been beautifully converted into light, spacious, contemporary apartments. Check into an upper-level, two-bedroom apartment was smooth and they also went to the trouble of accommodating some extra requirements. We would book again

Naturally, the original floorboards have a squeak to them in some areas when you walk, which wasn't a problem for us, as there were only the two of us and we turn in at a fairly reasonable time. It may be that this doesn't affect the guests below. However, for consideration's sake, if I came back with the children, I think I would book a ground-floor apartment.

We chose this option as all hotels were either fully booked or charging over £650 so we tried this place. It was set in a lovely location and was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful

Unfortunately the down stairs appartement had a party - which is forbidden in this complex - however my complaint was dealt with very quickly and a lot of empathy and I would Definity recommend this place to stay.

This is such a discovery. Check in was made easy by Kieran messaging clear details for the key hand over. The rooms are spacious and very well equipped. They are clean and airy, an excellent find. The secure parking (at extra cost) is a real bonus as once there, you can leave your car knowing that it is safe. With Cardiff Centre just a short 20 minute stroll through the park and bus stops on the door step, you don't need the car anyway! Truly, a fabulous place to stay.

If your apartment is at the front of the building, you will hear traffic noise, but the excellent location makes up for this!

Very good communication with hosts - Kieran was most helpful. He rang ahead to check if we needed anything and greeted us at the door and helped with our bags. He also booked a taxi for us to get to Winter Wonderland. The apartment was clean, quiet and spacious on the second floor (Flat 9). L'oocitaine toiletries were a lovely and welcome surprise!

We found the apartment far too warm although that's just personal preference. Main bed very comfy but sofabed a little uncomfortable for two adults

The apartment was big, bright and very clean. It was excellent value for money. The location was fantastic... 15 mins walk into town with bars and restaurants on the doorstep. I would definitly stay here again. The communication and welcome from Kieran and the communication on the day we arrived to check we were OK and settled in.

We loved the apartment but there were just a couple of small things that need attention... apartment 7. One of the slats on the sofa bed is completely missing which meant that we had to put the mattress on the floor. The main shower apparently pours out like a tap. I'm quite sure they would have tried their best to sort these very minor issues had we said something at the time but we chose to just carry on as we were only there for 2 nights for a concert. These would definitly not stop us from staying again. We loved our stay... thank you
