Excellent location just over 2 blocks to the main shopping and restaurant area and the free bus route to Union Station, plus easy walking to the state capitol and park. It was beautifully air-conditioned and well appointed, with an indoor pool and large rooms, with every facility. The staff were very good, helpful and welcoming.

On our first morning we went to breakfast and the dining room had not been cleared properly, cutlery was missing, the bacon was cremated and some other items in short supply. On our second morning everything was brilliant. Everyone is entitled to an off day sometimes!

Front desk and breakfast time wait staff in the kitchen were BEYOND polite and professionally amiable. Front desk staff when I checked in was unable to locate my Booking.com reservation. Instead of saying sorry, we don't have a room for you, tracked down the problem, located a room for me that was perfect!!!

The young lady at the front desk( I'm horrible with names) was wonderful. I always saw her busy checking in people and she was always polite, and friendly. She even managed to get me one more night add on without any trouble. I made it a point to see Shelby every night of my stay for cocktails. She was very attentive and hanging out with her was like meeting up with a friend. Love her! Also the maintenance guy( again, forgot his name) who came to replace the fridge was super nice, friendly and efficient . Overall, great stay. I definitely look forward to coming back for a visit and this will most likely become my go-to hotel when I stay in Denver..

Being charged 20-30$ for a pint of ice cream and small pack of Oreos. I get things being slightly pricier, but damn, give your guests a warning or something. Fridge in my room didn't work most of the stay, but they did come to replace it with a spanking brand new one.

Your staff really tried to provide great service. Kudos. Excellent location next to the conference center. The maintenance is a bit run down. The AC in the fitness center wasn't working throughout the stay, even though we complained. We had a terrible experience with the breakfast. Products were missing day after day, until a harsh email was sent to the manager. We thank the staff for their efforts to get breakfast up to the network's standard

The property was clean, quiet, and felt safe. My room was big and had everything I needed. My stay was four nights so comfort was important to me. Good location.

I got charged an additional $80 so my Booking price wasn't correct. This made me very mad because I could have booked a cheaper option. They also charge you $50 per night for incidentals, which I also didn't know, but thankfully had enough to cover all the additional costs.

The location was good and the room and hotel were clean.

It doesn’t say anywhere on their website or the countless emails they send me that the pool was closed for Covid. Even called before the trip to verify there was a pool and was told there was and nothing about it being closed. So unless they decided that exact day to close it, seems a little suspicious. after checking in I got a text from one of the workers saying to let them know if I had any questions, they didn’t really respond to my texts. Not really sure what the point of that is if it doesn’t work.

The room was a nice size. It had a microwave and refrigerator. The bed was comfy. The staff was nice. I appreciate Robin she was so friendly and helpful. I also really enjoyed talking to Phyllis at the coffee shop. The coffee there is delicious. She gave some great site seeing ideas. The location was great. It’s walking distance to a lot of food and shopping.

There was not anything I did not like

The location is AWESOME. Everything within walking distance, or a quick Uber. Never felt unsafe walking around late at night from our concert, and the bar. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I paid for my room in advance, so there were no surprise charges, I paid for what I was quoted on the booking site. I also knew there was a charge for parking. (which seemed to be a big complaint on other reviews) Knowing there is NO free parking in Denver, the rates for the garage were cheaper than most other hotels, and the car was secure, instead of outside in an open lot where you have to pay parking for day fees AND night fees. We just left the car parked and walked or Ubered. I also asked, and made sure breakfast was included in what I paid so there were no surprises (another complaint in reviews). It is a buffet breakfast, they only make so much, and if you go later, there is not much left. We went in later on our last morning, and an unexpected group of about 20 came in (pretty sure half of them weren't even staying at the hotel) and wiped everything clean out, loud and rude to the poor server girl, no masks, coughing on everything. Ugh...

Nothing about the hotel stay. The rude people that cleaned out all the food and were coughing on everything/everywhere at breakfast.

The breakfast was very abundant with healthy fruits and proteins. Ebike's and E-scooters are readily available to access the Denver arts building, the U.S. mint and are within walking distance. The capitol and historical sites along with great breweries and restaurants are nearby. Coors field is a little further. The transit system is accessible and centrally located.

Sana,that worked the front desk was very accommodating! After having a bad day she was so nice! When I was booking the room,I could hear her talking to customers and could hear how great she was with the guests.when talking to her you could tell she took great pride at working at the Hilton.i tried to book for the rest of the week, but it was booked. I had to go to another hotel.i was sad to leave since I was alone and felt at home there!
