Breakfast was good. There was plenty of seating room in the lobby. Everything was refilled by the kitchen staff quickly when certain food would run out. I liked how secure it was to get to the lobby & access room floors. Valet parking was a bonus.

I wished they had a hot tub in the pool area. I requested our room to be clean the next day & the housekeeper did not do a good job on cleaning it. There was still pieces of trash behind the trash can & under the sink in the bathroom. We did not get clean bedding. One blanket was dirty & it was put back on the bed. I had to request for clean bedding.

The location was great. The bed was super comfy and the water pressure in the shower was good. The breakfast was pretty nice! Nothing too fancy but something for everyone. The staff was very accommodating.

It was nice to have large bottles of body wash, shampoo/conditioner, but the bottles fell off of the wall when I tried to use them and the pump broke. Also, there was a significant amount of people experiencing homelessness that were also either in mental distress/psychosis or taking hard drugs. I think this is a general Denver problem and am unsure if any other location would be different. It was certainly jarring and sad to see.

The facility was clean and the complimentary breakfast was great! We also checked in during a complimentary happy hour time where we were given two free beverages, which was a lovely surprise!

The only complaint we had was the limited parking options. The only option they had at the hotel was valet for $52 a night or a parking lot next door for $12/day M-F or $20/day on the weekend that expired at 6am, so we decided to go with the cheaper option but had to interrupt our sleep to update our parking.

I loved the layout of the hotel with the big open area from the 17th floor all the way down to the 4th floor (where the main lobby and breakfast area are). My teen boys enjoyed looking over the edge from so high up. The rooms were clean and quiet. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was great and as expected from Embassy Suites- homemade omelets a real plus. The fresh fruit is delicious!

I wish the hotel had a jacuzzi. I also wish parking wasn't so much at $52 dollars a day.

The breakfast really was good. We enjoyed the room size and amenities. The bed was comfortable and they allowed late check out even as busy as they were. Perfect and convenient location. I love that I didn't need my truck to go anywhere!

The room was not as clean as I would have expected for the price I paid, so I cleaned it myself. There were stains and finger prints on the blinds on the window and bathroom. The carpet was not vacuumed. There weren’t any sheets for the sofa bed so when I called to get some brought up, they never did. Getting them to answer the phone is moot. Parking and valet there is absurd.

Easy to find, and the valet parking staff were friendly and efficient. We were originally placed on the 16th floor, but I have a fear of heights so a friendly staff member moved us to a lower corner room. Very large and comfortable. There was a terrible heat wave but the air con was efficient. Big selection of food at breakfast. Fruit and yoghurt available as well as the usual hot food. Easy walk to museums and galleries, and these are world class.

It was a bit of a bun fight at breakfast as there were a lot of people queuing and jostling for the various food items. On all three days I noticed that a number of people (adults) came down to breakfast in their sleepwear. I do not think that is acceptable.

The continental breakfast and afternoon happy hour was exceptional. I liked how central the location was but.... Denver really needs to do something about their homeless and mental health/drug addiction population.

How quickly the elevators shut on you! I don't know how many times I missed an elevator and/or got hit by the door... they've left bruises.

The breakfast and happy hour drink/snack specials were wonderful! 2 complimentary alcohol drinks per person and a breakfast the whole family liked. Not having to pay for a meal for a family of 5 was nice. Also the room was large so our family of 5 had 3 beds with the pullout couch, no one left sleeping on the floor!

You have to pay $50 to park and I don't think that was mentioned when making the room reservation. You can pay to park other lots near by but not as secure. Also, our bathroom sink didn't drain very fast at all so that was hard to use properly. We did have the small bar sink that we could use as well. The room definitely needed some renovations in walls and carpet for sure.

First the purpose of our stay (attending a concert), the location was perfect. We were also able to find some activities to fill our time within walking distance. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast selection was great and especially enjoyed the made to order omlete station and morning drinks/eveningreception. The view was pretty amazing too. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

It took us a little bit to figure out the elevator. I was trying to hurry as to not inconvenience the other guests and totally missed the signs about needed your room key to go past the 4th floor

Every staff member from valet, front desk, and breakfast crew were awesome. They were all extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast options were plentiful and the managers reception was nice.

The cleanliness of the bathroom is the only issue I had. There were minor spots on the wall or in the sink that looked like it needed another wipe down. But otherwise the rest of the room was clean.
