The staff were very nice, the facilities like the elevator and the wheelchair entrance were very thoughtful and they gave me a room that had a disabled bathroom because of my disability which was very thoughtful and excellent service. I also like the buffet breakfast in the morning and the kettle and coffee and tea in the bedrooms.
The only thing I didn't like was the location and I learnt and saw questionable characters. I was also cautioned to watch around me when stepping out at night.

Lovely hotel right by Gare Du Nord. Lots of amenities such as restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance and very good transport links. Hotel staff were polite and nice.
The area the hotel was in had a few questionable characters (lots of homeless people right by the train station but not so much by the hotel).

The hotel was in a perfect location for us, just a short walk from Gare du Nord and plenty of shops and restaurants. Our room was clean and spacious and very quiet. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom had a powerful shower. There was air conditioning, a kettle, coffee machine and good hairdryer. The buffet breakfast was served in a light and airy room and there was a great selection to choose from.

It was perfectly situated close the Gere de Nord and Sud train stations. And quite insulated so didn’t hear much noise from the streets. Clean and modern and very friendly staff who helped us check in with short notice.
Breakfast was quite limited in variety and some items were slightly undercooked.

location is excellent, supermarket, conveinent store, train station, resturant, cafe, laundry, etc., are all in 2 minnutes walk.
Mnay persons noting to do stand on pedestrians in the evening. The room rate is expensive.

it was v conveniently situated so close to Gare du Nord (and also Gare de l’Est). Breakfast was v good; good variety and a comfortable setting.
