Casa Condesa Michoacan 1130

Probably the best location in Mexico and so far the best value for money since I started my trip in Mexico. bed is super confortable, room is very clean, sober and nicely decorated. a few extras that are nice to have like the good coffee and bananas every morning, the bottles of water in the room every day. the owners are very professional. it felt super safe and a lot of restaurants around, yet very quiet to sleep. all for a great price. stayed a week and would definitly be back if in CDMX!!

Very helpful and friendly staff. Very quiet room on the top floor overlooking the tree canopy. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Great rainhead shower with lots of hot water. Communal kitchen with crockery, cutlery, microwave and a fridge, so I could prepare my own breakfast daily.

The doors are very thin so noise travels easily from the stairwell. Suggest thicker doors. Also there could be better lighting over the front entrance because at night I had a hard time seeing the lock to insert the key.

The location was perfect, right in the heart of Condesa. It was within walking distance to the event we came to DF to enjoy. However, the actual location is not the same as the place that is on the app. There's like an office there, and then you have to walk to another location down the street. It was no problem though.

There were some strange loud noises that did disturb my sleep. It might have been a pump or hydraulic system that was making a grumbling sound for quite a while extremely early in the morning. The shower was great, but my partner burned his scalp as the hot water comes out strong and fast, and he wasn't expecting it. That's just a matter of being mindful of the temperature, knowing that it comes out much faster than normal, which can actually be a good thing! Less water waste!

Very convenient location in the middle of Condesa. Easy access to plenty of good restaurants, coffee shops, etc. The room was tidy and modern-ish, although somewhat minimal. The space is compact as other reviewers have noted, but my partner and I had enough room to fit our carryons and backpacks. Bathroom smelled fine as long as we kept the window open for ventilation, something that didn't bother us so much since it was a small, boutique hotel. Hotel staff were very kind and the main owner or manager spoke pretty good English - very helpful to us ignorant tourists with very little command of Spanish. The room/hotel was pretty quiet and the windows did a good job blocking out noise and light. We forgot something in our safe after checking out and I appreciated that they asked for ID before giving back the items (I appreciate the precaution!)

There isn't an elevator, which wasn't that much of a pain, but something to note for anyone who might need more accessibility or who might get winded. The altitude for CDMX is no joke and we definitely felt a bit tired after the walk up several sets of stairs. Thankfully the staff did help us lug up our luggage.

Excellent location and very friendly staff, they offered bananas in the morning, communal coffee and filtered water in the communal kitchen. Housekeeping came every day to make the bed and ensure things were tidy, we loved the sustainable approach of not switching out towels unless they were badly soiled. The Concierge was very helpful - would definitely stay here again! Truly recommend 10/10 for Mexico City

Room space was tight, we had a king bed which took up bulk of the room - not a big deal at all, but worth noting if someone intends on staying with the intention to work or need space.

Casa Condesa has a boutique feel to it. The room was a little small, but had an efficient use of space with a cool modern design feel. Windows had sound proofing, so when even though my room faced the street, it was quiet at night. Everything about the room was very nice, furnishings, the bathroom. Modern and tasteful in an interior design sense. I was pleased with the room and the hotel. The price was a very good value for the accommodations and location. The service was very good and I felt the hotel personnel cared about the quality of my stay. They were very attentive, helpful and provided guidance when asked. The location was superb! When I left the hotel, I could see at least 4 sidewalk cafes at any given time. Condesa is very trendy, with cool restaurants, beautiful parks nearby. I would definitely return and in fact this is my go to stay when in Mexico City. The neighborhoods, Condesa and Roma are safe, trendy and a great home base for a stay in Mexico City. I must say I felt safe at all times when in these neighborhoods.

The kindest, most attentive staff in Mexico City! The whole place was very clean! The bed was comfortable with clean white linens. The coffee maker in the room was a nice touch, as were the brewed coffee and bananas in the morning. Cold air conditioner! The windows were, surprisingly, actually soundproof! Our room was very quiet and peaceful. The location of this place is great. Right in the heart of Condesa in immediate walking distance of more restaurants than you could possibly have time for. Awesome hot shower! Also, I like that they give you a key to the outside door so you don't have to stand out there waiting for someone to open it.

The room was a bit small for 2 people and their luggage. There was an unpleasant smell coming from the toilet; it was somewhat improved by keeping the lid closed.

The location of this hotel is definitely the highlight! Condesa is such a beautiful neighbourhood and this place is definitely a good choice for a couple of days. It’s clean, modern and mostly quiet. The staff are also very nice and gave us recommendations of places to eat and visit in Mexico City!

We stayed here for 6 nights so a few things did eventually start to pop up: - they switch off the hot water around 10pm - the wifi was spotty and barely reaching our room on the 3rd floor. If there were other guests checked in on the 3rd floor, the wifi was absolutely gone.

Location is great, the hotel is in a safe area, full of nice bars and restaurants. The room was nice, there was air conditioning even though we haven't use it because we didn't need it. Windows keep the noise from the street very well. Hotel staff was nice and helpful. I would recommend it!

There are two rooms that faces only the indoor area, the others faces the street and they are probably better for privacy.

Really clean. It felt like I could really relax here. The laundry service was super fast. Nice to have a coffee machine in the room. Also nice to have a desk as I taught some online lessons from there. Shower was lovely. Location great. Two banks opposite and a corner store, plus near to Roma and Condesa areas which is what I wanted.

I was fine with the stairs but they are steep if you are someone with mobility issues.
