Loved our stay at Casa Nuevo Leon! The room was very spacious and beautifully decorated, the staff were very friendly and nice and the location of the hotel was very ideal, in the heart of Condesa. My only comment was the noise from the street was a little loud, but the hotel is aware of the noise and was very accommodating (they are working on the noise levels, but honestly a lot of parts of Condesa and Roma are more busy and bustling, so not a fault of the hotel's). Overall, we would stay here again regardless of the noise due to the price, location, and the beautiful room.

The location is perfect, right in the heart of Condesa and around lots of great restaurants, bars, coffee shops and stores. The rooms are great! Very large and nicely designed. We had the Junior Suite and really enjoyed the huge bathtub, double shower and wall of windows. We were with a group of friends and everyone's room was really nice, clean and well laid out. The rooftop, while not currently being used by the hotel, is a great place to just relax and hang out and enjoy a glass of wine between doing things in the city.

As some other reviews mentioned, they are still having problems with the elevator and the plumbing - on multiple days during our stay the lobby was being snaked by a plumber with dirt all over and a terrible small going all through the hotel. Luckily our room wasn't too bad, but it was not pleasant to be going in/out of the hotel. The elevator also only worked on our last day, and one day during our stay was open to see a pool of standing water in the elevator shaft.

property is in a amazing location! you are really in the heart of condesa with easy access to Roma. lots of restaurants, bars and shops near by. the bedroom was nice and and clean, can’t fault it.

our room was on the second floor and we had very big bags, the lift was not working and we had to carry our bags up 2 flights of stairs and the staff did not offer to help. there was also a smell of sewage in the lobby which I think was being worked on at the time. be warned there is also a very loud bar under the rooms, so if you are on the first floor or street facing room you won’t sleep.

The location is great, close to lots of restaurants, bars and shops, including a really cute cafe on the first floor. The staff was really helpful and upgraded our room to a quieter room in the back. We also liked the aesthetics of the place and found it very comfortable.

There is a very loud bar downstairs. the hotel is trying to mitigate the noise with sound machines and double pained glass in some rooms. We asked for a fan and that helped a lot but if you are sensitive to noise it might be a problem. There was also a sewerage smell in our bathroom for part of the time but it’s an old building so we just kept the door closed. Otherwise loved our stay and will be back!

Stay here. The location is perfect - the beds are comfy - such a great shower - and really thoughtful and well placed amenities. The hotel is above a really lovely breakfast spot - and a very cool bar - and somehow we literally never heard a thing. This is absolutely a quality stay and don’t miss the rooftop patio !

the door is a bit tricky to find as you drive up - but that’s not a bad thing for privacy either Too - staff were out right away to help

a very efficient little hotel. No amenities, although we did discover on last day coffee fixins in a cabinet. Location terrific, right in the middle of a bustling area, a gorgeous large park around the corner. there was a cute bookstore/cafe right across the street, as well as a coffe shop on the other corner. Omar , the concierge, was very helpful. He found us drivers and restaurants and was always cheerful. The rooms were clean and sparsely furnished. they were relatively inexpensive and met our needs.

Maybe more horizontal places to put suitcases.

I loved my room! clean and spacious, so comfortable, loved the closet space for my slightly longer stay. in a very central location between two amazing parks and extremely walkable to great cafes and places to eat. the staff was so kind and friendly and the cafe and bar downstairs are very cool.

As noted the hotel is on a busier street and above a bar. This did not bother me, CDMX is a city and booking this hotel you should be up for some city life. I highly appreciated the extra sound barrier windows and the noise machine in my room to help me sleep soundly through the night.

Fantastic location and we think Condesa is definitely the place to stay. The room was massive with a great double sink and double shower. We didn’t hear too much noise from the street.

The walls are very thin and all the doors in the hotel bang closed. You can hear them quite clearly in the room. The bed also had a very squeaky headboard that made an extremely loud noise if you moved!

This historic Art Deco building in Condesa is, I believe, over a hundred years old, with the bedroom floor covered in pretty tilework. Nevertheless, I found a modern hotel with a well-appointed room and good amenities. The staff is absolutely fantastic: very accommodating and courteous. I was first placed in a room overlooking the street but later transferred to a more tucked-away room as there is a bar downstairs. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of many of the good things to be had in Condesa and Roma.

Location was amazing. Very clean and comfortable. Shower was great. Fresh cookies and coffee beans with a grinder was really nice touch. The rooms are super stylish and have plenty of room. But overall the location was unreal. The little cafe downstairs had amazing food and the wine bar as well was really cool. Best neighbourhood to stay in Mexico City with lovely cafes, bars and restaurants all nearby. The staff were really nice too.
