Hotel MX condesa

- perfect location: walking distance from several attractions, restaurants and super easy to book Ubers to and from the hotel - we felt it was a safe area. hotel security was always present and available - great facilities: superior suites are spacious, clean and the bed is great - nice breakfast with some traditional Mexican options - friendly and helpful staff. easy and safe to store luggage before check in and after check out

- floor in superior suites is a bit old, but easy to get over - it can be a bit noisy in the mornings, as some guests speak loudly in the corridors - we asked for a room in one of the top floors, as we read that the ground floor can be noisier. feel free to do the same if this is an issue for you (take into account that there is no elevator)

Great location in Condesa. There is a lot of things near to the hotel and the area is one of the safer neighborhoods of CDMX. The room was big and the bed was soft and comfortable. The shower had hot water and they provided good soap and shampoo and towels. The room had air conditioning if you wanted and a small window. The property itself was very beautiful and kept well. The staff was probably the best part of the stay. They were super kind and helpful with any information or help that I needed, the front desk staff all spoke English as well. The breakfast was good enough. I would stay again and recommend.

I love the look of the place.... the courtyard was unique. Love the tree. Location great. The rooms were fine. The breakfast was fine, tho not as nice as the lovely people serving it. The staff were fine (except for one woman who did not manage things very well when the power went out.)

The power went out because a transformer on the street blew up. There was no power, no water, let alone hot water. I use a CPAP machine so this was a problem. Since some rooms were still with power, and one or two were available, I asked to make one available to avoid a serious medical outcome for me. The woman in charge was very nervous and kept repeating, It's not our fault. And said I would get a discount next time, haha! Seriously? Another guest finally spoke up for me, and I did get the room with power. So this was frustrating. But to the hotel's credit, they refunded one night. The street transformer was not their fault. And I would stay there again.

The decor very nice, the lights murals and trees. The room (310) quite specious, fantastic big, comfy and clean bed. Super smily, friendly and willing to help staff!

Sometimes we could smell the drains however if you close the toilet and the window, turn air-condition is OK (super friendly cleaner advised I believe Juan) The other think the window in the room was dirty, I believe that can be improved easily as well as the window curtain, very thick and tight to the point that I was tying some strings around it to get some daylight.

if you stay here, inquire about getting a room that is quiet and has good ventilation. we were lucky to get an upper room at the back with two exterior windows - probably as good as it gets here. still pretty noisy (bit it IS Mexico) - some rooms are situated where the noise would have been much worse.

The price and the location, also the common areas are nice, and the staff it's very kind.

Spiderman come to my room. I found a 🕷️ on the ceiling, and the sheets haves something makes me scratch also the noise because even they give an upgrade, and I appreciate that, my room was 110 on the ground floor besides the restaurant and they put an small curtain when I wake up two guys seating right on my window were looking at me, that's was weird and uncomfortable.

Amazing! Breakfast was quite good, the bed was comfortable, service was excellent and clean. The staff was very friendly! Location was superb with many great restaurants nearby, and many great things to do in the area!

The room did not have a desk or chair to work in. We went with the intention to work a few days from there and it was difficult to do so (we had to go to the patio to do so). Also, the room did not have a fan or air conditioner.

The location is incredible and very convenient. Price offered at booking.com was excellent a great deal. A renovated old building aids to the atmosphere and history of the property. The service from the front desk always kind and attentive. Room is spacious and pretty. The terrace kitchen is green and open and nice

Heat!, room has not AC (not uncommon in Mexico City due to mild summers), but the ventilation is lackluster with just a tiny window with curtains. A FAN will really be appreciated and is needed.

The breakfast was great - all I have to say is verde sauce w/ chilaquiles. *chefs kiss* Staff was also nice enough to carry my bags upon arrival to my room and consistently asked if I needed assistance booking a ride.

The room was a little smaller than expected and with no A/C, it would have been nice to have a fan to click on if you are getting warm. Otherwise, it. was a cozy place to lay your head.

We loved the location in leafy Condesa- the perfect base to explore for our first visit to CDMX. The room was good value for money- clean, comfortable and great shower. Thank you to the front desk staff who were friendly and helpful (in particular the young man who works in the morning- Antonio, I think!)

It was often noisy at night and early in the morning, due to the nature of the building the noise travels, so be aware if you prefer quiet hotels. But it didn’t bother us and was worth it for the price at a good location.
