Grape Harbor Prata Apartments

The apartment listed has an excellent location - in the center of Lisbon. It is situated in a convenient and accessible area (near two metro stations), which makes it easy for guests to explore the local attractions. The breakfast provided by the accommodation is also of high quality and offers a great selection of food options - especially pastéis de nata - every day and still warm! The staff is friendly, helpful, and provides excellent service to guests. Overall, this apartment is highly recommended for those looking for a comfortable stay with great amenities.

Location is just fabulous! The staff are just amazing. So clean, so comfortable and so central. Couldn't fault this accommodation. The staff couldn't be nicer or kinder in particular Martin, Tiago, Marta, Juliana (I think that's her name) and other staff members whose name I have forgotten. Adding the breakfast in the mornings was such a treat and catered for my Gluten intolerance also. Little bags were left at our door with delights as Pastal de Natas, rolls, bread etc. Cheese, fruit, milk and eggs were in the fridge! Studio had everything in it that you needed, bathroom was very clean with hairdryer. Replenished water, coffee and tea each day. A lovely welcome with a bottle of wine was so appreciated. Pillows were divine as was the bed. I seriously can't fault this place and it will definitely be the place we'll stay again and again when we're Lisbon. We stay in a lot of places as we travel alot and this place is 10/10! Thank you to all the staff 😊

Everything was perfect and I'm picky!!

Location is great. We took metro from the airport (€1.5 per person) to Rossio station, the building is 5-7 mins from the stop. There are a bunch of places to eat around and some landmarks that you can walk to. The bus, tram, boat tours are 10 minutes away. Apartment was spacious. I had low expectations but was surprised that it was closer to a hotel. Everything felt new. It was like a 1.5 bed apartment. Huge separate bedroom with a door for parents. Kids bunk beds are in a space between bathroom and the kitchen. There were 2 tvs and the kids used their moment. As for the kitchen it had a dishwasher and a washing machine (with integrated dryer). It was very clean. Breakfast was ok, well, I had to make it happen. They leave fresh bread and pastries hanging in the bag on the door handle in the morning. Eggs, cheese, butter get replaced in afternoon when the place is cleaned I guess. There are capsules for the coffee machine. At night there are a couple of takeaways within a walking distance. Tram noise. One side of the apartment (kitchen) faced the street. Tram does not operate all night from what I understand but even so there are windows and then there are wooden panels that you can use. Noise was not an issue, I did not need the earplugs. Overall my wife liked it a lot, kids did not complain. I would get back to that same place again. We paid €506 for 4 nights in Jan.

Small stuff. Due to the nature of the locks you had to shut the apartment door with force. Also, there was no bread as in actual loaf of bread but small pastry size chunks.

This is a newly renovated hotel and has just reopened. Meaning, the accommodation is wonderful. It is trully fully equipped. I had a corner unit so the light was amazing. It is in a truly great location and the staff works hard to satisfy. It was a wonderful apartment and I will return. There is a supermarket in a 7 minute walk.

Be prepared to make your own breakfast. I am OK with this but the hotel should advertise this. There is an Iberian ham store a block away so go there and have a better breakfast. As they have just opened they struggled with support on excursions, tours and local information. I am sure this will improve in time as the staff seen to want this hotel to succeed.

The location could not have been better, it was near to all the landmarks, nice bars and restaurants. The staff were fantastic, nothing was too much trouble for them. One morning our safe wouldn't open, and they got this dealt with for us promptly. The breakfast delivered to the door was delicious and a good choice was available. The bottle of wine was a lovely treat, and when we told the staff we had got engaged during our trip they even surprised us with a bottle of fizz and some chocolates. The facilities of the apartment were great, we had everything we needed. We couldn't fault it!

The apartment was comfortable and large. The refrigerator was keep stocked with six eggs, milk, and butter. Coffee pods were refreshed daily, and breakfast rolls and dessert was delivered to the door every morning. Location was very convenient to restaurants, train station, grocery store, shore. The bedroom was a very nice size with ample clothing spaces. A clothes washer / dryer worked great.

The fold out sofa bed cushions would not stay in place easily but were adequate for support. Did not use sofa bed. The kitchen sink appeared to have an overflow side drain, but we found out that it was not really an over flow drain when doing dishes and had to quickly mop up some water under the sink. No problem, but got surprised with wet feet. ;>) Street was not accessible for cars due to construction, but our Uber driver got us very close and assisted us with our luggage to the front door during arrival.

It was a wonderful spacious apartment full of amenities that we needed. A breakfast that was perfect for us, they delivered fresh bread and natas every morning. And the best part was making your own fresh squeezed orange juices The staff was super helpful and very close to the metro! Makes it easy to take side trips to Sintra and to Cascais. We had a wonderful trip staying at the apartment. The AC was great in the room and we felt safe in the neighborhood.

There’s nothing we didn’t like, the only trouble is the street is under construction, but it’s not hard to get a taxi to the airport. You just need to communicate where they can stop and it’s half a block away to get picked up.

The hospitality and location far exceeded our expectations. The room was perfect - clean, comfortable bed, quiet at night for sleeping. The shower was hot and excellent water pressure. Our fridge was stocked daily replenishing all you need for breakfast, eggs, cheese, milk and fresh fruit, coffee, tea etc. Each morning the team at GH Prata delivers a variety of fresh hot breads and delicious custard tarts. And to our surprise, there was a lovely bottle of wine awaiting us upon our arrival. We would definitely recommend GH Prata Apartments for your stay in Lisbon.

The location was superb. Right in the center of lots of action but the room was very quiet. The room was also spotless and came with full amenities. Washing machine , microwave, coffer maker etc. The staff showed us how to use all of them. The fridge was stocked with free food and water (eggs, fruit, Cheese and bread etc). The breakfast ( a bag of pastries) was dropped off every morning. You could order as many as you wanted. The staff were all first class (Constine and Martine in particular). But everyone was very helpful and gave great tips about the area and restaurants etc. We could not recommend the Grape Harbour Prata apartements more highly.

The location is really nice, in the center, everything is within walking distance. The room also has a washing machine and kitchenette. Staff is very nice and helpful. The room is also spacious and clean. There is a also a public parking nearby with a special rate for hotel guests. Breakfast is abundant.

The second night we stayed there, there was an electricity shut down due to the road construction nearby. I understand that it was not the fault of the hotel. It was done as a safety procedure enforced by the local authority. But since no one was in charge at the receptionist after 11pm, we were a bit panic because we didn't understand the situation and what was happened as suddenly the room was dark in the middle of the night, only the emergency lamp was on and we did not know whom to contact. The other guest contacted the police and they came to check everything and explain the situation to us. My suggestion is the hotel needs to provide a contact number for the guests in case of the emergency. Except this, everything is perfect. I will stay here when I visit Lisboa again.
