The location was perfect, the hotel was right in the city center and we could walk out to most of the city sites. Parking was 5 minutes away from the hotel and had a discount from the hotel. The breakfast was good and the staff was friendly and helpful. They upgraded us to a bit bigger, less noisy room. The room was clean.

The rooms are pretty small. Very loud noise from air condition grills in non-city-view rooms, so loud that we went to ask if we could get upgraded to a less noisy room. Luckily, they were helpful and gave us another room (city view), otherwise, we wouldn't be able to sleep at all. The bed was not so comfortable.

it was right by the arc de Augusta ! the streets are lively , the staff are lovely !

the shower drain wasn’t working properly and the water was almost overflowing the shower and up to our ankles

The hotel was very good located, in the heart of the city center, very convenient to explore Lisbon. The staff was really friendly and helpful, plenty of advise on Lisbon and restaurants. Very nice the welcoming with pasteis de nata and porto wine. We booked a premium room. It was spacious and modern, with a comfortable king size bed, an expresso machine and a nice balcon. Good wi-fi connection.

Breakfast was good but a little basic, the same every day. It could offer more variety. No replacement of the courtesy set in the bathroom, but one day, after the room cleaning services, we found a lipstick in the bathroom. Really bizarre.

Brilliant location as right next to shops, restaurants and transport links. Hotel is bright and modern and exceptionally clean. Staff were so friendly and accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. Excellent breakfast and also complimentary custard tarts and Port at reception. Just a fantastic place.

The hotel is well situated in the heart of the city with plenty of shops, bars, and restaurants on the doorstep. The nearest Metro station is about a 5-10 minute walk with easy access to the airport. The receptionist who checked us in was friendly and informative. There was port and pastel de nata available each day in reception, which was a lovely touch. There is a lift to all floors. Our room was very small but was nicely decorated, clean and serviced every day. The aircon worked well, and the shower was powerful and hot. We were room only and didn't have any meals in the hotel so can't comment further on the restaurant facilities. Although in a busy area with lots going on, we were never bothered by noise.

Our room was very small for a standard double and for the price paid, but other than that everything was great.

Great location, within walking distances of everything. Tours guides were were knowledgeable and extremely accommodating. Friendly atmosphere. Food was excellent.

Room had no closet to hang my clothes. There were a few hangers in a small cupboard where the safe was located but no room to hang clothes. I had to keep my clothes folded on top of the safe in the cupboard and in my suitcase. My family member’s room was on the same floor. We paid exactly the same amounts for the rooms. She had a huge closet in her room where she hung all her clothes and lots of space for her other a stuff. Everything else was ok.

Unbeknownst to us we arrived to Lisbon the same days when the Pope and over 1 million people descended on the city, and the staff of the hotel were extremely helpful in showing us how to navigate the city the best way possible. It helped that the hotel is centrally located to the main places of interest, allowing us to experience this beautiful city. The hotel is impeccably clean, the bed very comfortable , and the pastels de nata at the reception are a “sweet bite” for every time you cross the lobby!

The bedroom was a little tight; however it’s high windows with balcony offset that demerit

Rooms are clean and staff is very friendly! The staff gave us a lot of great suggestions when we checked in! Hotel is in a great location if you want to be near everything.

This hotel would be perfect if it wasn't for all the noise. Request a room not facing the street (if they have that) or bring ear plugs. The street is lined with tables so you deal with noise from the diners, noise from street performers trying to get money from the diners, noise when staff packs up the tables, and then noise when street cleaners come by. Most nights I couldn't fall asleep until after midnight.

Location is perfect for tourist, close to main street and plazas. Personnel was superb Everything was well kept, like new We will repeat this hotel but will book it directly if possible

Rooms are very small. To access rooms on the fifth floor you have to go via tight stairs with no handrail from four to five. Not recommended for older or persons with limitations. The celling at the fifth-floor room is inclined very low. We had to request to move are following reservations to a different kind of room, the ones given to us were small but good Price payd to Bookings was high compare with what we saw at the hotel.

Very helpful staff. We had booked a twin room and although at the time of booking the hotel said they couldn’t guarantee this, they did provide a twin which was a huge relief. Lovely clean room - only a standard room but adequate space, chair and table, good cupboards fridge and bathroom, Excellent room cleaning. Brilliant central location. Excellent breakfast. We were delighted with this hotel and would strongly recommend it. It is very central so we would also recommend ear plugs for those who turn in early!
