First of all I would like to mention the staff. They are amazing! The room was very-very cute. Just keep in mind that the room is not big but it has everything needed - comfortable bed, table with 2 chairs, fridge, and cabinets/shelves. Two of us were pretty ok there. The bathroom is small as well but everything is there. Everything is very-very clean. Breakfast was great (16 euros per 2 people) - everything is contactless - they leave the basket with the breakfast in the box where you can pick it up. Personally, I think it's a great idea not only in the covid times but in general. We stayed for 7 days. The room was refreshed every day (except the time we put do not disturb sign), as well it was fully cleaned during our stay. The locations is great - in the city centre, next to main tourist attractions, hop on hop off stop, restaurants/bars, metro, walking distanced basically everywhere.

Not something that can be controlled by the hotel, but it should be mentioned. People who live in the apartments above can be a bit noisy. They are not healthy (mentally) and sometimes yell and bang on wall/floor late at night/early in the morning.

Central location downtown. Good shower. Very easy self-checkin. Amazingly friendly and speedy communication.

Small room. This is not a hotel. There is neither a lobby nor a spot to leave your luggage during the day. It is a flat on the 2nd floor without elevator. Each room is rented to a different customer. No staff on site. We were lucky it was quiet.

Location and hosts were excellent! Everything was walkable or easy to get to on tram. Lots of places to get coffee/breakfast nearby. Felt very safe as a solo traveller. Room was ideal for one person or fine for a couple. Loved that there was a coffee machine, WiFi was good. Super comfy bed and generally nice looking room. Really kind and very helpful hosts. Really easy and friendly to communicate with on WhatsApp, even before I checked in. My flight got in really early and they kindly met me to let me store my luggage. Also left a bottle of wine for me. It was all very easy. Thank you so much!

The view from my window was a bit disappointing compared to the photos. It was an empty building under reconstruction and though not the hosts fault, I would suggest to erect a bamboo or faux green/foliage screen a little bit from the window, just so I could enjoy the beautiful window and table set up there, as I looked directly into abandoned rooms. It meant I kept my shutters closed mostly which was a shame as it was one of the reasons I booked the room from the photos. It could be quite noisy when other guests in the communal hallway, not a problem for me, but if a light sleeper just something to bear in mind.

Very central location. Instructions were really clear to get to and into the property, the place felt very secure. It was incredibly clean and was cleaned each day we were there with little treats being left for us each day, really lovely touch to come back to. Air con worked well so the room was a good temperature throughout the stay. A receptionist kept in touch via WhatsApp which meant we had a quick way of contacting if there were to be any problems. Would recommend this stay to anyone visiting Lisbon.

Nothing- they asked for feedback to help them improve and we couldn’t think of anything they could have done or provided to make a better stay.

The location is great. Walking distance to everything. We got a bottle of wine on the house and a lovely cheese platter. Room is cute. Wifi good and bed was comfortable.

The room is very small and the bathroom ( shower) is extremely small. It will not be regarded as a “ suite” in my home country of South Africa. You have to move the table and chairs to get to the French doors’ shutters in order to open/ close them. It is a self check in, and even though I arranged to check in early the day before,( and gave the exact time of our train)we only got the check in codes after we already departed from the train and had no wifi. There is no staff at the premises, we had to go to a restaurant with all our luggage to get wifi. No explanation for why the codes were sent so late. I think it is unfair to assume everyone has wifi 24/7 and to send check in details so late.

The location was perfect for visiting Lisbon. It was a street away from the restaurant and shopping area, but still quiet at night. Everything was in easy walking distance or a short tram ride away, and the apartment is very close to multiple tram line stops and the rail station. The location made for a very laid back and convenient long weekend. The apartment was comfortable, clean and pretty. We were even left cheese and wine on the first night, and biscuits across our stay. Check in and out was easy, with very helpful videos to show where everything was so we could make our way in our own time. Our contact was responsive and very friendly. And the air conditioning was excellent. Perfect!

Occasionally slight noise from other apartments as people came and went, but nothing that didn't pass in a matter of seconds. You need to pay attention to spot the apartment main door (we walked past it the first time).

it was in a good location close to centre of Lisbon. the reception staff were also very helpful.

our room was nice but a bit on the small side. it also didn’t have a separate bathroom. the sink was in the room and either side of that were 2 doos, one for a toilet but he warned the space was tiny. the other side was the shower but again the space was tiny. it’s an old property so there isn’t a lift so beware of stairs not ideal if you have a heavy suitcase.

Breakfast wasn't included. Room was lovely! Very clean and well presented. Had a little balcony which was nice not big enough to sit outside but enabled air to come in the room. Excellent location. Although we didn't meet our host, given full instructions on where everything was. If we needed any questions answered was able to what's app.

A little container of milk would have been nice to make a cuppa as tea and coffee were provided. The sofa bed needs replacing. Wouldn't have been enough room to use in the bedroom.

I had a very pleasant stay for a few days. Location is perfect on a reasonably quiet street in the middle of downtown. It's a self-checkin place, but we were in daily communication over WhatsApp which worked very well. If you don't need the extras that a big hotel can offer this is about as good as it gets.

I had a window in my room, but towards a very narrow alley. This is in an old building, so two flights up without elevator. I didn't mind at all, but something to be aware of.

We had a very nice stay at this hotel. The place is conveniently located just one block from Rossio square. We had a nice balcony in our room. We didn't have the chance to meet the staff but they were excellent in providing information about access and check out of the facilities. The room was nicely decorated and very clean.

The rooms are located on the third floor without an elevator. This can be inconvenient if you are carrying heavy luggage. The room and bathroom were small.
