The 7 Hotel, Suites, Studios & Apartments

The staff was superb and extremely helpful. The location was fabulous. Five minutes to Placa do Comercio at the water, less than a block to the Baixo/Chiado Metro, and less than five minutes to the Santa Justa Elevator and hundreds of restaurants and cafes. The morning breakfast was very good and had an abundant amount of both hot and cold foods displayed in an appealing manner. The hotel was spotless. I would highly recommend staying at the 7 Hotel if you want to experience all that Lisbon has to offer, right outside your doorstep.

The location is great, central and very close to almost everything with walking distance. Hotel staff was very nice and helpful. Room was clean and bed hard (comfy) as I like it. If you plan to spend most of your time outside, I strongly recommend.

I didn't mind that at all, but note that room with internal view was basically a small window with sticker on it and so, no day light. Just dim due to the sticker covering the window and another building right in front of it. The room is very small, pictures may be bit misleading. Possibly the rooms with exterior view may be bigger (for sure their windows are).

The location is perfect for being in Lisbon Centre close to all the sights a walk away from the just about everything if you like walking. Room is comfortable with a bedroom and comfortable sleeper couch, amazing hot shower and bathroom amenities you need, blow dryer and clean towels daily. Nice bedding and cleaning of room daily. Small kitchenette with coffee machine, kettle, cups, plates etc and a small fridge and microwave. Also have a nice small hand held steam iron and safe in the bedroom cupboard. Two tv’s with nice international channels one in bedroom and one for the space with the sleeper couch. Really nice layout for a small family or small group of friends. It was perfect for us as you spend most of the day outside sight seeing and just need a nice space to come back to to relax.

No much that we did not like and any issues we had was resolved by the staff who are very helpful. A special shout out to Nikolas for his assistance with room change as there was a smell in the room and hotel transfer to airport. He was very attentive and helpful as was all the other staff.

Most convenient location, walking distance to Lisbon's main sights. Comfortable hotel and modern decor. Enjoyed the included breakfast, with good service.

Although I'm used to staying at centrally located hotels in Europe, I was still surprised by how extremely small the room was, even having examined the room photos before booking. There was practically nowhere to open up my small suitcase. I requested a quiet room and the window opened up to a wall (no view whatsoever). The walls are a bit thin, you can occasionally hear other travellers. The beds are hard, you can feel the springs. Made it harder to fall asleep along with jetlag.

breakfast - very small dining area, crowded we felt unsafe Covid wise and decided to have our breakfast in a cafe somewhere. the breakfast buffet itself was very limited, much less than we would have expected for over 600€ a night rate ! only one person working there when there were many guests having breakfast, she could barely cope. the price - EXCESSIVE ! even when counting the fact that there was a big conference taking place at that time, over 600€/night for a 3 star hotel is way too expensive! so value for money wise, no.

The hotel was located in such a central location that made exploring Lisbon super easy! There wasplenty of shops, mini markets and restaurants around and everything was a short walk. The Baixa-Chiadu metro station is literally around the corner. Despite being on a busy road it was very quiet! Notably the room had a comfortable bed, fast wifi, and the hotel’s friendly staff let us store our luggage prior to checkin!

The room we had was a bit small due to the slanting ceiling. But it was totally fine for a shortstay and we would definitely stay again.

The location is perfect to explore Lisbon. Walking distance to most important places and also very close to the river front. A lot of restaurants, cafes and bars all around and a lot of shopping as well. Try to get the room with windows not in the backyard. O

Overall I liked everything. I had a little issue with the room door, but the staff was very kind to move me to another room and even gave me a better room. Very helpful!

The location was excellent for our short stay in Lisbon. The adjoining rooms were well equipped with some kitchen facilities which were great when travelling with kids. Comfortable beds, limited noise from the street and other rooms. Good strong hot showers and only about 400m from the metro which made using the metro to and from airport really easy.

We didn't find much that we didn't like. Breakfast was a bit expensive for a family (but probably not more than anywhere else) but with the kitchen facilities in room we just bought from supermarket so this wasn't a problem. Blackout curtains were good but didn't close properly, we managed to make them work by pulling one over the other and pushing our suitcases up to the window to stop the curtains moving so it was all OK.

Great location- close to a bus stop and near many attractions. Breakfast offered for 15 euros-it wasn't bad. Lots to offer. The staff were sort of helpful in helping us get around in a wheelchair but they also spoke with train staff to get us to the right people. The hotel does have a lift. That was very helpful.

No ramp for a wheelchair into the hotel. It had a small step. Not good for someone unable to walk at all.

Location was perfect, really nice modern decor, lovely and clean, fab shower! Excellent value for the price. Easy to find and check in too.

The walls of our room really were paper thin - with us it didn't matter so much as the people in the adjoining room were behaving 'normally' and we could just hear them chatting and laughing. But this kind of feels like luck - if the neighbours had been noisier I think it would have been pretty disruptive. Also, really a minor bug bear but the placement of the mirrors in the room was a bit odd (either side of the bed, beneath lamps) - it meant they were a bit difficult to use to see yourself! But there is a big mirror in the bathroom anyway.
