The location and value were amazing, the ac worked great in our room, and the rooms were very comfortable (beds were great, bathroom was big enough).

If you look closely they weren’t as clean as they could be, and other guests were loud late at night and there didn’t seem to be any attempts by staff to quiet them even after several hours.

Really loved the location. The beds and bed linens and pillows were very clean and comfortable. The window and and coverings did a really good job of keeping the noise and light out. The room was cleaned daily. Loved the little elevator.

My partner had difficulty going to the bathroom because of the way the toilet was positioned right in front of the shower wall. We were in room 304.

I love the location of the hotel - close to restaurants and shops.

You had to walk with your luggage from your drop off point. Also, as a plus size woman, the toilet was rather awkward - had to sit kind of sideways,

Unbeatable location that made our whole mini break great. Comfortable bed, friendly helpful staff.

Bathroom door.was terrible. Opaque and an inch gap round all sides. No lock and didn't close properly. No fan, shower a little old and tired although good pressure and heat. There was no window or fan for ventilation. I was with a friend and the lack of privacy was a definate issue. Being so central it was loud at night with lots of music from the street - we didn't mind this but it was very loud at times so could be a problem.

staff waking us up at almost midnight to ask us to turn TV down. We were sleeping and tv hadn't been on at all. Apparently neighbours complained but there was a restaurant under room which was still open with people talking

The location was great and the staff was polite and helpful. I was able to leave my bag after checkout and collect before my flight, which was incredibly helpful. The hotel is simple and very central.

The room was clean but a bit damp, but I suppose this is almost every old building in Lisbon. The shower drain was blocked.

Location was perfect as walking distance to the Metro, bus stops and landmarks. A lot of restaurants and 2 grocery shops near the hotel. Customer service was fantastic with a 24 hour help desk, We did not worry about getting to the hotel late and being locked out in case of any issues with the key as there was always some at the reception to welcome and help.

the location is just GREAT! in the city center, close to all facilities and places to visit. The staff is great, they also speak Italian, they are really professional and friendly at the same time. really good stay!

the room is a bit small and cold, but I was prepared for this, so it wasn't a surprise. The room wasn't noisy so for us was good anyway. For my next stay in Lisbon, I would stay here again with pleasure

Location was Excellent and Staff were very helpful in changing our room when asked to do so! The Room itself was Basic yet Comfortable with good Air con & WiFI Improvements- could do with a Kettle in each room to compliment the existing Fridge!

Breakfast - To be avoided, not worth the 10 Euros charged, got a proper breakfast around the corner (pedestrian zone) for 14 euro each including coffee.
