Ferraria XVI FLH Hotels Lisboa

Great location, cool design, very comfortable rooms (and surprisingly quiet despite overlooking a busy street), really helpful and welcoming staff, and a great breakfast. On our last morning, although we had to leave for the airport before the breakfast started, the staff provided coffee and cake for us before we left. Would highly recommend and stay again!

It's a minor thing, but if you're traveling with a friend, the bathrooms are not super-private (there was only a glass wall, opaque in the middle but transparent at the top and bottom, between the bathroom and the bedroom).

Excellent location - in the middle of everything. Quiet room - could not hear any of the street noise outside. Good breakfast options - good selection of meats, cheese, cereals, bread, fruits etc and a nespresso machine. Really helpful staff - they went over and beyond to make our stay great. Comfortable and spacious rooms.

Air conditioning didn't really do a good job so the room could get stuffy. Our television would not turn on, but this didn't matter to us. There was a small leak in our bathroom but this got sorted very promptly by staff.

The hotel was amazing! The service was wonderful and the design was very chic modern and high end. The location couldn’t be better or more central. The breakfast was great with fabulous coffee. I was beyond impressed with literally everything. Staff were always more than helpful and friendly!

The door knobs are annoying to open - it’s a key card sensor and it was hard to open each time. I thought it was just me until I saw others struggling in the hall haha the door is very cool looking and modern industrial and the knobs super unique…maybe too unique for now ;)

Location, location, location! The hotel is central to all the sights. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. A special acknowledgement goes to Lilly and Danielle in particular. The soundproofing in the rooms was excellent. with the windows closed you could not hear the activity occurring on Rua da Augusta, the main pedestrian area in Baixa. We slept well. The rooms were very clean. Loved the complimentary bottle of port and wine that we got on arrival. The free 5 o’clock tea/coffee/cake was also a nice touch. The hotel certainly felt like home (FLH) 😃. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others. We also enjoyed the restaurant across the street O Castelo.

The only minor issue was how small the bathroom was but it was spotless.

Very nice, updated and clean property in a central location. Good sized room that's clean and bright with a big window overlooking R. Augusta with its stores, nice cafes and the Augusta arch a short distance away. The street gets really busy and loud but when you close the window and pull the drapes, you won't hear any of it. Nice modern bathroom with a roomy shower area. Breakfast has a good selection. Friendly, helpful, honest and accommodating staff. We arrived early from our cruise and our room was not ready but the lady at the front desk (sorry I forgot her name) kept our luggage in a secure area so we could start to explore the city. Initially had issues with our credit card when we checked in - the cc company mistakenly flagged it as fraudulent transaction and blocked the card. The lady calmly told us we can settle it later so we don't waste our time. With all the stress about the credit card, I left my wallet on the counter. Fortunately, she and the other lady, Leticia, kept it safely. I personally thanked Leticia but not the other lady. I didn't see her again when we came back and she went on vacation the next day. Thank you both for making our stay memorable!

It was modern, clean and the A/C was working wonderfully. The staff was very nice and helpful. They really look after their guests. The breakfast area/living room is open 24 hrs and has all sorts of snacks and tea/coffee. The location is unbeatable. We had a view to the shopping street Rue Augusta, but it was quiet, well insulated from the noise on the busy street. Our stay was perfect and we will be telling our friends and family about this wonderful hotel. We will be coming back next time.

Nothing to dislike. Maybe the sink drains can we fixed to remove water quicker.

The hotel is in a fantastic location because it is close to the water, the metro, a ton of restaurants and plenty of shops. The hotel is also really nice and up to date. Additionally, it smelled really good. The staff was extremely friendly and the breakfast was fantastic. They had several options, such as scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, fruit, pastries, pancakes, bread, and much more. The beds were also comfortable. They are firm, but thats to be expected. The room was also a nice size and it was quiet considering the hotel is near everything. The water pressure was also fantastic.

The bathroom did not offer any privacy. The exterior wall was made from tinted glass that you could see through, and the darker frost didn't provide privacy. Additionally, the darker frost stopped at the top of the toilet. The thing that added to the lack of privacy was the mirror wall that was directly across from the bathroom. If the mirror wasn't there, it would have helped. The other thing we were not fond of was having to select a time to eat breakfast. While the hotel is extremely flexible with allowing you to change your time for future dates, it does suck if you wake up after the time you selected.

This was a lovely boutique hotel. Very comfortable, clean and modern with a great continental breakfast option. The location was great for exploring Lisbon. Despite being just off the main, busy stretch of the city centre, our room was very quiet and we didn’t hear a thing. The staff were all lovely too and went out of their way to look after guests. Would definitely start here again if in Lisbon.

The only change we’d make is to have tea / coffee making facilities in our room, but there were these facilities in the communal lounge area so this is really just being picky!

Overall a nice experience! Good location, good quality breakfast (i.e. fresh orange juice, tasty croissants) and comfortable bed. Friendly staff (especially the lady in the breakfast room) but...

In 2 occasions the staff confirmed us IN WRITTEN (email) something (1st a restaurant reservation and 2nd a private tour WITH tickets in 2 Sintra's monuments) but we find out (in Sintra the hard way by our driver that tickets for Pena palace and Regaleria Palace didn't issued by them because not such information received by the hotel - resulting in heavy queues especially in Pena palace) that things weren't as planned!

The location was excellent, close to all the action, many of the sights and public transportation. It was clean and had a cool vibe. the staff was very attentive and helpful and the breakfast was really good. they even have cake in the afternoon and coffee, tea and water available 24hrs. The bottle of water and small bottle of port was a nice touch.

The fact the bathroom had no ventilation and was a bit dark. The lighting wasn’t very good, probably not an issue for someone not trying to put on makeup 😆. Also note in the standard room the bathroom is not very private and maybe an issue unless you are a solo traveler or with a partner. I traveled with one of my best friends and she was freaking out a bit about the design of the bathroom and all the “frosted” glass, but I didn’t think it was a big deal.
