Pestana Rua Augusta Lisboa

Amazing hotel in a very ideal location! Staff was always polite and helpful. Rooms were super clean, spacious and nicely decorated. Complimentary drinks and chocolates were offered every day. The hotel is centrally located, right next to Augusta Arch and closed to restaurants, coffee shops, bars, museums and shops. Absolutely recommend and we will be back for sure!

A minor detail, there’s no kettle or coffee machine in the room.

Downtown, near Praça do Comércio and next to the arch. I found all staff to be quite nice (reception, restaurant, cleaning). Also it was my birthday during my 4 night stay and I received a bottle of champagne and brownie (nice touch) It’s a new hotel near the river and if you want to go on boat rides it’s the ideal location. Coffee machine (no electric jug for tea though).

Room a bit on the small side, especially wardrobe (enough for one person and for a short stay), no place to put suitcases and the space between the toilet and bathroom sink - a bit of a tight space. There was a bit of construction on one of the days that I intended to sleep in longer but this was once during my stay.

This is a new hotel in the best possible location in Lisbon. Everything is a short walk away from the hotel about 10 mins to Alfama or Chiado and Rua Augusta is literally at the doorstep. The staff are extremely helpful and professional. Ivan and Sara at reception are absolute stars and nothing is too much for them. They booked us a perfect 8-hour city tour which was the best thing we did. Rui, our guide (he's not really a guide but extremely knowledgeable and a perfect host/guide took us to all the key sites explaining the history and relevance in great detail. The hotel itself is very clean, rooms well appointed and breakfast is very sumptuous. They will happily make anything for you if it is not in the buffet. Overall a fantastic short trip and we were well looked after at Pestana Rua Augusta. We will definitely stay here the next time we visit Lisbon.

Nothing really to fault, though bear in mind that as it is a new hotel in a newly renovated building, so the walls are thin and you can hear people in the corridor outside the room. Did not really bother us much though.

The hotel is very bright and clean which we loved. It is perfectly located in walking distance to very nice sightseeing options, restaurants and shops. Breakfast was very delicious and the staff was lovely. Especially Sara and Ivan from reception were really kind and helpful. We strongly recommend the hotel and would definitely come back for another stay.

The cleanliness,comfort,lovely breakfast,location and especially friendly and helpful staff.Juan at the front desk went out of his way to interact with guests in an authentic and friendly way which enhanced the stay.

At times the music during breakfast in the dining room was a little too loud for that time in the morning.

Great location right near the arch. Good size room. Cleaners did a great job and were very thorough. Staff were very attentive and kind. Breakfast was great and there was lots of choice. We had a great stay!

Only downside was the bathroom door being glass which meant there was less privacy than we would’ve liked. But this was only a minor thing!

The staff, especially Sarah at the front desk, was amazing. The location is central to everything and the room and amenities were very great.

The parking lot was a little distance away, but they arrange for a discounted price and unloaded our luggage before checkin so that I could avoid being ticketed or towed.

Great new hotel with very beautiful design , amazing breakfast and very kind and welcoming staff. Located in the heart of Lisbon but due to perfect soundproofing you don’t hear anything at night. Highly recommend !

Property was just opened 2 weeks and everything was nice and clean inside and outside the rooms . Fresh beddings and towels were fantastic, the location for walking to all locations was also amazing .

As a bonus only, it would be nice if there was a pool and gym.
