We booked to stay the night after attending a wedding. Host was soo helpful and let us check in early, so we could freshen and up finish getting ready for the wedding before heading out. The room exceeded our expectations, was huge with a lovely private patio with table and chairs, overlooking a pond. We knew the property was directly under the Luton flightpath and yes the planes are very loud when passing, but this did not disturb our sleep (i think they stop overnight) and the host kidly left ear plugs by the bed, a thoughtful touch. The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed the breakfast provided in the room. We would definitely recommend this property and would love to return again soon 😊

The location was beautiful and the barn conversion very tastefully refurbished. All of the facilities within the chalet were considered and would make for a comfortable longer stay than the one night we were there. The proximity to Luton airport has its obvious advantages and disadvantages in that planes do fly directly overhead. Having said that, earplugs were provided and the planes did not affect our nights sleep. The easy access and check in and out ran very smoothly. My partner loved the bodum kettle 🤣

As stated above there are planes that fly over the property that could be a plane spotters dream location.

Lovely room in beautiful countryside location. Generous sized bed. Stunning patio area with comfy chair and view over the pond and countryside. Parking on the doorstep with easy access arrangements. Great breakfast selection. This property sits right under the Luton Airport flight path and the planes do fly over very low which makes it incredibly noisy but this didn't bother me and was very irregular.

There was only a tiny amount of water and milk left in the fridge, ideally double this amount would be preferable. The air con was not very effective in the room which lead to quite a hot night.

Very comfortable accommodation, suitable for heating food in microwave, but note not really suitable for self catering as there is no sink, oven or hotplate. Everything was spotlessly clean and the bed very comfortable. The property does lie on the Luton airport flight path so planes could be quite noisy especially if the doors open. There are a great variety of animals on site so I imagine would interest children (although wandering around the farm is not allowed). It was perfect for our stay, but the aircraft noise may detract for a longer stay. Situated in the country and close to a pub walkable nearby. The fridge was stocked adequately for a continental breakfast. There is an air conditioning unit in the lounge.

Aircraft noise - a sink to wash up would be nice, but not a major issue as the property is not billed as self catering.

It was a lovely surprise to see an owl & meerkat enclosure just a few steps from our door! The room was very well-maintained & clean, with a stocked fridge (milk, croissants, orange juice, bread). The best value for money I've ever had on Booking.com. The hosts were very helpful when I left my laundry bag after check out. They were very hepful to have it sent to me the day after I checked out!

The only thing that caught me off-guard was the planes flying overhead. This is something out of the host's control since the flight path to Luton is directly overhead. Unfortunately, Luton is open 24/7 so some flights land in the middle of the night, which isn't great if you're a light sleeper.

The location is great, nice little pub round the corner, beautiful animals at the farm, very pleasant. Excellent service, and the fresh croissants each morning were delicious! The consideration and attention to detail was great - we didn't use it but it's nice that the Claire's Corner cottage had air conditioning units for the warmer weather.

It is unfortunately in the flight path for Luton Airport, but the hosts provided air plugs (which we didn't actually need in the end). So, hardly a bother but worth mentioning if you're a light sleeper. There was no hair dryer as standard but I imagine if I'd have realised this at a reasonable hour and asked the hosts, they are sure to have accommodated my request.

Absolutely idyllic setting, on a farm, in the countryside, in the middle of nowhere! surrounded by animals which are not your typical farm variety! (you’ll have to see for yourself!) Sarah was lovely and took the time to come and say hello and introduce herself and drop off some fresh bread. The room was everything we needed! The bed was super comfy and the whole place was spotless! And breakfast was in the cupboards and fridge ready for us to wake up to! Even some earplugs just in case! 😂 Thank you so much Sarah and Joe! Will definitely be returning!

Nothing at all!

The farm sits within a country area, among green fields and fresh air. The village is beautifully maintained. The farm has a variety of animals and that's great for any one who loves animals, like us. A little piece of heaven. The room is cosy and inviting, clean and warm. The best sheets, where so clean and soft and the beds very comfortable. Little decor details gave the cabin hints of the surrounding farm, felt like every details was carefully taught of, like the owners lovingly decorated this home. The owner was very kind and helpful. The kids and us had a wonderful time.

The location is excellent, unless you don't like aircraft - fortunately, we do and that was one of the criteria for staying here. Bailey's Farm is so well off the beaten track; you'd never think you were so close to Luton. Breakfast was hot croissants delivered at 9am by the owner. Inside the accommodation, the fridge was kept stocked with butter and jam, and bread and milk were also provided by the owners - what a nice touch. Our accommodation looked out to a pond which had ducks, moorhens and the occasional grey wagtail; and beyond this was a field with two camels - not something you see every day!

I don't see how anything could have been better - this place is superb. I suppose some will moan about the aircraft noise as the farm is situated right under Luton Airport's approach path; but then if you can't manage this, book somewhere else!

We stayed at Bailey's farm just one night on our way back home. It was all booked a bit last minute so we just needed self catering and a convenient location en route. The place was actually really lovely and made us feel like coming back for a longer stay, despite really horrible weather! The bedroom is fairly spacious and has a comfortable bed. The living room/kitchen area is lovely and opens up to a patio overlooking the duck pond. Would be lovely in good weather to have our breakfast there.

There isn't a proper kitchen. It's only a microwave and a fridge. No hob, no freezer or sink! This wasn't a huge problem this time but would certainly be a problem if we were to stay longer. The sofabed is one of those that has a hard bit in the middle, so you kind of have to choose one side or the other, not so comfortable for our son. It is of course very close to Luton airport. It didn't bother us for ne night and we actually found it quite exciting to look at planes so close by!
