My room was exceptionally clean and I wasn't expecting a fridge and a microwave, this I have decided is a god send when staying away on Business. The location was super close to the tube and a good range of shops and eateries, I was at the top of the building and it was super quiet and peaceful. Check in was super helpful and friendly.

There was nothing to not like and I will be back. My only slight sadness is that no staff are on site overnight, this always makes me a little nervous as a solo traveller. But this is personal preference, absolutely nothing bad to say about my stay.

The room was perfect as a home away from home: comfy bed, plenty of pillows, soft fluffy towels, enough plugs and - huge bonus! - a Nespresso machine, fridge and microwave. The location was great too - close to the tube in a quiet side street - and the staff really friendly. I really didn't miss anything!

The building is quite old and thus poorly soundproofed. I could have done without hearing next door's TV. Also, please switch to big toiletry dispensers rather than the ecologically unsound little bottles. You'd have had a 10 if it hadn't been for them.

Friendly staff, clean areas, easy to access once checked in, great location near underground station and close proximity to one of Londons popular places, Kensington High Street.

Inconvenience as there was only 1 key to our room, therefore in order to clean our room we would have to leave the door unlocked with our unlocked suitcases inside.

Spacious room with a TV, kettle, nespresso machine, roomy fridge and microwave. Good air conditioning in the very hot weather. The place was spotlessly clean. Plentiful hot water. Super convenient location, less than 5min walk to bus stop and the underground. Really good all round.

There is no breakfast facility but there were plenty of places nearby to get breakfast. I was just a bit stuck for time as I was there for work. I couldn't get the overhead rainfall shower to work but the smaller shower head was good so I didn't mind too much. Otherwise it was great.

Beautifully fitted out, brand new room in prime location. The receptionist was charming, patient and very helpful

Unfortunately the soundproofing between walls has obviously not been prioritized during re-furbishment. Luckily the next room guests were considerate as absolutely everything can be heard through the paper thin walls. Excessive yelling from the adjoining property drove me to distraction throughout my otherwise perfect stay - though not sure the hotel has much control over that situation. In addition, the £150 cash deposit for a plastic key card is an outrage - a totally unacceptable practice

Location was amazing and only 5 minute walk to High Street Kensington station. Close to loads of shops and restaurants so really easy to just nip out if you needed to grab something. Staff were friendly and really helpful. Comfy bed with black out curtains, also heating/air con in the room was super easy to use. Slightly loud if you’re on the ground floor and other guests come through the front door of the property, although this wasn’t a real issue and never woke us up through the night or anything. Felt like a home away from home and would definitely stay again :)

Good location close tube and Kensington High Street shops and within walking distance of Royal Albert Hall. Regular bus service to central London. The room was located within a house and was very clean and modern. We were upgraded to a room with a microwave and fridge at no extra charge. Room serviced daily. Recommend Muffin Man cafe for breakfast 2 minutes away, but get there early as gets busy quickly.

Nothing I didnt like. Just to advise not to expect a hotel with usual reception service. This was not a problem as someone on site between 9am-9pm with emergency number outside those hours.

Very nice apartments hotel. Small but clean new room with needed facilities. Comfortable bed. Peaceful area. Staff members are very friendly and helpful. Good location - 2 minutes walk from "High street Kensington" Under Ground station - Circle/yellow & District/Green lines. For city center changing one line. 8-10 minutes walk from Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens. 1 tube station from Noting Hill neighborhood.

Just wish it was allowed getting key for the balcony :)

Just what we needed - clean, quiet rooms for one night, at a very reasonable price, within walking distance of the Albert Hall. What surprised me was how high spec this hotel was, and how roomy my room was; I've stayed in a lot of cheap hotels in London, and this was by far the smartest, cleanest one I have ever stayed in. Also, the guy on reception was very friendly and humorous, which made a pleasant change. I would definitely stay here again!

I ended up in the basement room, looking out onto the little yard at the back, while my friends had rooms upstairs. But I couldn't fault the room itself.
