Clean, modern, fresh and free parking! it was similar to a Travel Lodge standard but much cheaper. I used it as a half way house for working around London and it was spot on. 👍🏻

I think the Shower was broken. It was scorching hot and the temperature gauge just didn't work. I did see this concern on other reviews but assumed it may have been fixed, and was wrong.

The receptionist was very friendly and carried my case up the stairs without being asked. Check in was quick and I was given a room despite arriving earlier than the advertised check in time. My room was a decent size. Daily housekeeping meaning my tea and coffee supplies were topped up each day without asking. It also felt nice to come back each day to a freshly made bed. On the Central line (easy walks from Wanstead, Leytonstone and Snaresbrook stations) which runs all night Friday and Saturday. This was useful for my event on the Friday night. Easy to get into London, Stratford etc while being in a relatively quiet area. At the Southern end of Epping Forest and surrounded by open space.

Toilet seat was loose. The shower was unusable as the water was scorching no matter what I did with the dial (room 14). I'd anticipated a potential problem after reading previous reviews so worked around it. I didn't mention this during my stay as it wasn't likely to be fixed before I left. Bed not the most comfortable, although fine for one person; it might have been a problem for a couple.

Location is perfect for seeing friends and family in the E7 and E17 areas. Liked having a small fridge in our room, very handy for keeping snacks and drinks cool :-) The hotel is also quiet and very conducive to relaxation and sleeping!

Nothing really, there are no breakfast facilities but we knew this in advance and it therefore didn't bother us unduly. There are plenty of cafes and a Wetherspoons in Wanstead village, a short walk away.

Friendly lady who checked us in and even offered to help us bring our suitcases up two flights of stairs to our room. Really quiet the rooms were despite being on a semi busy road. Comfy bed, quite basic room but had everything we needed. Shower was really good and overall amazing price. Rooms cleaned daily too

Other than room being up two flights of stairs couldn't really complain about the stay was great for London and 10 mins walk from tube station

Excellent location - 10min walk to local wetherspoons, mcdonalds, shops and tube station. Room was a bit cramped as we had 2 double beds otherwise everything you need. There were tea/coffee making facilites, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, decent size flat screen tv. Nicely furnished, clean room with modern decor. Only thing missing was bedside lamp, although there were lights above the artwork along with main ceiling light.

Could of done with shelf in bathroom for toiletries

The kindest, most caring staff I have ever had the pleasure of staying with in my life. Genuinely were so kind and so helpful it made me tear up a bit. They genuinely care for the comfort of their guests. The facilities were very clean and the location was really great, good connections and easy to travel all over London. Room was comfortable and had everything you could need, and anything that was missing you could ask for. I seriously cannot stress enough how incredible the staff was. I am definitely coming back here.

Very good solution if you want to save some money and don't mind a bit of a commute! The rooms are clean and cozy, the staff is very friendly and it's about a 10 minute walk from the closest tube station, from which you can reach the center in about 20/30 minutes. The area it's situated in is nice and you can find supermarkets, restaurants and bars. Definitely recommend!

The lady is always so polite and friendly. Parking is always available. Great value for money. Rooms are spotless!! and equipped with the essentials.

I am a non smoker and even though there is posters to say no smoking, the hotel always smells of smoke and this booking (I have been before and will again) it was much stronger than normal.

The staff was great! We were very late checking in (past midnight) and she was very understanding and kind. The room cleaning was fantastic, new towels every day, the shower was great. The hotel was very quiet, and also the neighborhood was quite nice. Would totally recommend

A bit removed from the London centre, and the closest underground station is about a 15min walk away

Staff were very friendly and catering to our needs, they even let us keep our bags in a safe place after checking out for a few hours while we roamed London before travelling home. Great value for money and a comfortable stay.

Location wasn’t overly close to a tube - However with shops nearby it made it easy to get food or drinks on the way back to the hotel for the evening.
