Queensway Hotel, Sure Hotel Collection by Best Western

I really love this area around Paddington, and it is such a short way to beautiful Hyde Park. Quite central, and only some 30 min. walk to busy Oxford Street and exciting Soho. The hotel is really nice and cosy, the staff are very friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere is all so very London indeed. Absolutely Fabulous!

The room could have been a little bit bigger, but then again: Such a cosy place to stay and the view is excellent. I also would recommend a safe deposit box in the room, although I really felt that my belongings were safe in the hotel. And the staff would gladly take care of my luggage and suitcase when I asked them to. I think that for this price, the hotel in general was quite excellent, in so many ways. Thanks for a really nice stay.

The lobby with its fireplace and Christmas decorations were welcoming and happy. My room was small (all European rooms are!) but perfectly adequate and very clean. It was great to have tea/coffee supplies in my room. The breakfast room was bright and cheery, with an excellent buffet of cereals, breads and pastries, fruit, eggs, cheeses, drinks. Staff was friendly and service very good. A few minutes' walk from Paddington Station. Not sure about other bus service as I was there for only one afternoon and night and I walked everywhere. Beautiful Hyde Park is a short distance away, perhaps a ten-minute walk. Lovely picturesque neighbourhood with restaurants and small shops. Check out Mughals for a delicious, inexpensive vegetarian curry. I loved the Queensway, and would definitely stay again should I return to this part of London.

The hotel was very quiet, except for some people upstairs crashing around and talking very loudly as they packed up to leave at about 6 a.m. It's too bad not all guests are considerate of others.

Perfect location in a quiet and lovely part of Western London, but steps away from Paddington Station - tube and trains and all you need to commute. The hotel and rooms are equipped in more or less all you need. An elevator is tiny but there is one which is nice when you stay at 4th floor :)

The room and a bathroom are very small and there’s no air conditioning or a fridge but there’s no real reason to complain as it’s really a good price for what you get. I guess I’d look for something more spacious if travelling with my family.

The breakfast was very good. Nice and clean room, comfortable beds. Friendly and nice staff. Perfect lokation for everything, just love the neighbourhood. Very good restaurants nearby. Easy to travel to from Standsted airport with the new Elizabeth Line from Liverpool Street Station to Paddington. The hotel is only a few minutes walk from Paddington and Lancaster Gate station.

The hotel is very loud. Luckily the other guests were quiet.

Close to some great pubs and restaurants. Close to Hyde Park, Marble Arch, Oxford St. Paddington Station to connect to other areas of London. Value for money. Basic but varied and satisfying continental breakfast.

The rooms were clean and warm. The staff were excellent and helpful and 24hrs on the desk. The shower was great and i liked that the handle to turn it on was on the side so you can turn it on and not get soaked with the cold water! I loved the location too as it was very close to the train station and local bars and restaurants

The staff are all very friendly. The room was very clean and a good size. Some parts could do with updating, e.g. toilet roll holder was a bit loose and shower door could not be fully closed. Do not expected anything luxurious but for the price completely reasonable and was perfect for my station, especially the location as Paddington station is only a few minutes away and the street full of hotels feels very safe.

wifi in the room only worked very sporadically, netflix availabel on tv but there connection issues too some decor is a bit old, public toilets downstairs never had toilet paper

The beds were comfortable, everything was clean and the location was perfect. 5 minutes from Paddington and other transports.

I asked for an airdryer. They told me to wait and never gave it to me without explanation. In these situations I prefer people say directly they don't have one. Everything else was great.

Location was excellent, near to Hyde Park and Kensington so we enjoyed great walks. Lovely leafy district. Room was very comfortable, ensuite had a bath which was great, and all very clean. Breakfast room bright and pleasant. Reception staff very friendly and helpful, with special thanks to Danesh for all his help! Will definitely be back.

Only suggestion would be to clarify the times for breakfast on the website, as we missed it first morning!

Loved the location as we were attending BST at Hyde Park. Staff at reception absolutely lovely, polite and friendly. Great value for money.

The only moan I have is the size of the bathroom is really not suitable for anyone whos carrying even a few extra pounds as I'm big but not that big but I found it a real squeeze! I understand your facilities have to fit the building plan so I know that can't be resolved. Having said that i would return if I was in the area again as it is good value for money.
