Near Paddington train +underground station almost 3 minutes walk. Near Hyde Park. Room is clean and bed is comfortable and have a nice and modern decorations. Staff are helpful.

The room is too small, there is no enough space for the luggage.

The location was very close to St Mary’s Hospital Paddington.

Room was not attended to during my 3 night stay

Rooms are modern and comfortable with relatively quiet air conditioning. The room I stayed in also had minimal street noise so had no trouble sleeping during my stay and will consider staying again, depending if the price remains competitive.

I was on my own so the room size wasn't an issue, its one of the smallest rooms Ive stayed in though so may feel a little cramped for two. However, if you don't plan to hang around in the room then its not really a problem. The shower and toilet area is a little small but still useable. If you are a little unsteady on your feet or larger build it may be a bit of an issue. Main dislike is that a tea/coffee facilities are provided, but the plugs have been blanked out so you cant plug them in, therefor useless. There were two sockets in reach of the table, both had a brass plate fitted over them so they couldn't be used. As the hotel does not have any breakfast facilities, the tea/coffee equipment is the only option without going to a cafe nearby for an expensive coffee/tea.

The staff were super friendly! It was great to be able to store my luggage for the day following my check out as I was able to explore London and not have to worry about carrying my suitcase. The room was super clean, the bed was comfy and the bathroom had great lighting and an awesome shower.

Had to carry my bag up 2 flights of stairs, which wasn't the end of the world, especially in London I think this can be expected.

The location of this hotel was perfect, close to the station and a lot of choices for restaurants and cafés. It was very clean and felt like the hotel was new. It looks aesthetically pleasing, love the design of the room, the lobby and even the staircase! Beautiful bedroom view! The room had a lot of storage space which was amazing! Overall was very impressed with this hotel/ the pricing.

I wish it had a little more room for the bathroom, and a USB port to charge the phone directly!

The bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever tried, slept perfectly. I also really enjoyed the room, even though it was small (as a single one), it was very well thought out. Location couldn’t be better, close to the metro, shops and bus stops.

The only thing is I had to go up and down some stairs to get to my room as the lift didn’t go to my floor; would’ve liked a heads up about it, but totally fine.

Really clean and cozy, it seems newly renovated. The staff is friendly and the location is excellent.

The room was tiny, seriously, be aware, we didn't even have a place to put the luggage on the ground, you have to keep it under the bed. At first, it was uncomfortable but seriously, we only came to our room to sleep - so it's not a big problem.

Perfect location Friendly and helpful staff, the room was a bit small but everything is optimized so you won’t feel it too much Check in and checkout are really easy You also have luggage lockers at the front desk, was really appreciated as we had some spare time before our flight after our checkout

Can be quite noisy (noise from others rooms), piping noise

I love everything about it. The soft sheets, luxury sustainable toiletries and their smell, soft towels, the lighting. It’s just amazing, the room was small but it’s so cosy and modern, the room temperature was just right. The bed and pillows were so comfy. I’ve not had such an amazing stay for a long while and it’s just what I needed before a long flight ahead. Everything was perfect!

Lovely hotel, very modern and close to shops and Hyde park.

Our room was good but very much on the small size and this was a standard Queen room. Bed next to wall was inconvenient for us personally. Bathroom was small, wouldn’t recommend for someone quite tall or on the bigger side.
