Park Hotel

The staff were lovely and accommodating. Room was clean, comfortable and had the necessary! We were treated very well to a full breakfast that was absolutely delicious 🙏👍😊Onsite parking was also a great bonus here! Thank you and we look forward to seeing you again soon.🙏

There was nothing that I didn’t like-it’s a great little hotel for the money! I would say though that you can hear next door bedroom more than you’d wish to tbh and people tendddto clomp up and down the external staircase at back of building near our room which was a bit noisy-all in all though there truly is nothing major here to impact your stay - just get on with it I say!!!

Police were on site when I first arrived trying to evict somebody who would not leave Smoke alarm constantly going off outside room because housekeeping would not change batteries Bed very uncomfortable and no extra pillows Room smelled of damp and was dirty Housekeeping left pepper sachets instead of sugar with teabags At 11.30pm somebody tried to get into my room as they were given the wrong key by reception Whole hotel smelled of damp and cigarette smoke

1. To begin with reception, the guy was very welcome and polite, we came earlier than check in should be done and they asked women to clean our room first and we checked in 1 hour earlier. 2. The ladies from breakfast were nice too. The pancakes were finished one morning and they prepared other for me 😉😘.

As it was said in other comments the carpet is dirty, if they clean it it would be much better.

The room came with 3 beds, which was an unexpected but pleasant surprised as we'd just booked a room with 1 bed. The water pressure of the shower was amazing - better than any other hotel that I've been to!

The room could have been a little cleaner. Also, it was a little odd to find extra towels in the mini-fridge. The mini-fridge also contained some old food from previous guests, which was very unhygienic and obviously should have been removed beforehand.

All staff very polite and helpful , particularly the hotel owner / manager whose focus is excellence in customer care . Good room rates , clean Comfortable room , good facilities . A very good substantial Cooked breakfast served each morning by friendly staff . Daily housekeeping to rooms superb . Free secure parking available at hotel .spaces are limited , but I always managed to get a space Excellent London bus service on doorstep . Hotel location in safe neighbourhood .

Location, customer service on arrival was great by their female new staff. Had a family room and when I needed to extend my stay, staff was accommodating.

Buffet Breakfast without bread, never heard or seen that before, though it was mentioned to one of the staff, nothing was done about it and no explanation was given. They need to either wash the carpet/rug or change them

Room facilities were above expectations to the room prize. The refrigerator and microwave was very useful. Daily room cleaners did a good job. Breakfast was good. The kitchen staff were efficient and friendly.

The carpets in the room were dirty.

Breakfast - Was good for the price paid Room are of goodsize Cleanliness can be improved. Fresh Carpets will change complete look of the hotel. Though there are no smoking boards in parking area, some intruders are smoking In the Recpetion, Mr. Raja helped us lot, really appreciate his service. Please keep it up.

Breakfast was good and hygienic... Staff was very friendly All over it was a good experience

I was traveling with my 7 months baby and i got the room upstairs soo it was quite uncomfortable for me to take her upstairs n downstairs everytime

The WiFi was so weak I had to use my data as couldn’t use the internet at all , and only having one pillow ,needed to go out and buy another as they didn’t provide another when asked and last thing was they have a smoke alarm needing a new battery as was bleeping all night and still bleeping
