A good clean, freshly decorated room. Good powerful shower. Bed was comfortable. TV had good reception and also access to streaming services. Air con a real benefit. Close to Barking Station to get into central London.

A little bit of noise from the music in the bar below but that finished by 11pm. A 30 minute journey into central London, but excellent if you need to be close to central Barking.

Location is great. Hotel is close to everything you need such as restaurants, shops, and the train station. Bed and everything else is clean. Best of all, they provide a smart TV.

They didn't have an elevator but it's a small hotel so it's understandable. It's beside a pub so it can be a bit noisy at night.

From front desk to the rooms to the bar next door everyone was incredibly friendly and was respectful Rooms were more than adequate for what you expect from paying so little for just out side of central london Cleaners clearly did a good enough job as you could smell the cleaning products coming back from a day out ( which wasn't offensive )

No breakfast options in the hotel but plenty of reasonable amenities near by

Easy check in, relaxed atmosphere, attentive housekeeping staff, good internet, close to the London Underground.

Shower hot water was tepid and not enjoyable. spoke to the staff twice with no change. Handle of shower doors needs replacing. Strange that there was no toilet brush. Some bathroom walls need the grouting steam cleaned or cleaned with bleach, as also the shower door on the inside was slimy to the touch. The toilet seat is too small for the toilet and looks ridiculous.

The location was great : Pub with music everyday until morning nextdoor, ghanian restaurant called Julienest (I believe is the best so far in London) near by, pharmacy and ASDA supermarket close by with free parking up to 3 hours, Go karting (capital karts) and other wonderful entertainment places in the area like Hollywod Bowl Dagenham (just 10 minutes by bus). It was fun to go there with my boyfriend and friends, and the staff was very friendly. Definitely will love to go back. We all wished we extended our stay!

Just the parking price I believe it's too much, Apparently it was £10 per 24h but it has increased to £15 now, so we paid £60 for 2 nights, which is a bit too much, considering we came with two cars. And also they should start making breakfast options available. The heaters were very dirty and there were dead flies and mosquitoes on the floor. Also some parts of the toilettes were very old and needed repairs. If someone is looking for a luxury hotel, this is not the best. But the room and beds were clean.

The room is big enough, Service is excellent, food is delicious and staff are at hand to attend to your needs. It is such a quite and reserved environment that suites my kind of working from home environment. The hotel is very good. I have made advance booking for my next visit to London.

I like everything about the hotel. From the staff to the services. It was a great experience. I enjoyed it. I have arranged to be booked into that hotel for my next visit.

very close to the underground and loads of food places around and if you’re into afrobeats,rnb,bashment, and African/Caribbean food the place next door will satisfy you..

We had a great stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The stuff is friendly and helpful. A fantastic place for a small budget in London. Super close to the metro station with frequent trains to central London and all major train stations.

I arrived at the hotel late in the evening, and the hotel reception was clean and welcoming. I received my card key for the room and headed upstairs. The room was just big enough for just myself.

The only thonk I didn't like was no matter how high I put the heating up, the room was too cold.

Very close to the train station, bus stop just across the road, food was very good, staff very polite, very clean, value for money, WIill definitely stay here anytime I visit London rooms very clean 😀

The bed , can do with a memory foam mattress topper , and a small fridge
