Blue Sapphire Hotel

Very service-minded staff. Very secure, as the door was locked and, accordingly, reception was manned 24/7 (at least each time I went in and out). Adequate breakfast. Quiet room facing a small alley. Unbeatable location steps away from Seven Kings train station. Trains were not heard, though. In case of disruption (as during the weekend I stayed), replacement buses to Stratford were available, or once I walked to Newbury Park station on Central Line in 20-25 minutes. The green was a bit far from the hotel (head north), but easy enough to reach if you are jogging. I ran as far north as Hainault tube station once, passing Fairlop Waters Country Park, which is really worth checking out; bring your credit card and take the tube+train back, changing at Stratford. Very good price of the room if you do not mind the short train ride into Stratford or Liverpool Street. Predominantly Indian/Pakistani neighborhood, as far as I could tell, so everyone was very friendly.

Fire door in hallway on first floor slammed rather loudly, but it was not much of an inconvenience. You might want to check ahead for scheduled train disruptions, as they will cause you some delay. I did not but will do next time. Apart from that, everything was fine.

The location and the design appeared brand new and modern :)

The fact that you had to wait to be buzzed in and out and informed that we wasn’t allowed to take the key unless it gets lost

Staff were friendly and welcoming, there was always someone at reception. The room was small but nice, there's a smart TV and wifi works great. Really nice shower in a small but clean bathroom. There's air con in the room. Nice cooked breakfast with enough options for vegetarians too. There's a post office, several shops, a pub with really good food, and a tube station close by.

The mattress could have been more comfortable, but it was good enough for this short stay. The hotel is located on a rather noisy street, but with the windows closed it was quiet enough.

Excellent breakfast, with plenty of choice : Full English (nice and hot), cereals, fresh fruit, bread. Staff were friendly, with someone on the desk 24 hours a day. It was clean. Everything in the bathroom worked. Although it is out of town, there is a tube station across the road. The Elizabeth Line took me to Tottenham Court Road in 25 minutes, and there were trains running after midnight. I never had to wait long for a train either. There were a number of places to eat close to the hotel.

The bathroom was cramped, especially when sitting on the toilet. I managed to fit, but it was a close shave. I could hear occupants in other rooms, whether they were having sex (fairly loud) or having an argument (all out shouting and screaming).

Excellent hotel for money worth!!! Great location near a tube/metro station where you can easily explore London. I was surprised by the cleanliness of the hotel and the room was superb!! I highly recommend this hotel, you won't regret it!! The people working at the hotel were beyond amazing, trustworthy and always available. They truly saved my London trip after a bad experience at an Airbnb. As 2 girls travelling alone, we felt completely safe, even the locality is very safe with loads of restaurants around. You really have an outstanding choice for eatouts. Breakfast was nice also and the staff were just lovely people. You can see they work with their heart there. Don't be fooled by the small entry picture, the hotel is really nice inside 💠

Nothing at all, everything was excellent for us!!

I love this place, I stayed last year several times and was impressed then, I'm even more so this time. The lovely gentleman on the reception desk remembered me which was impressive in itself, but everything remains impeccably clean, well appointed and just everything you want and would expect from a hotel. Other bigger players in the market could learn a thing or two from these guys, I've stayed in more costly places (yes Premier Inn I'm talking about you) and it's not been a patch on this hotel. Budget constraints have meant I've been staying in hostels, as I stay 1 or 2 nights a week for work, although they've been a necessity, I cannot tell you how glad I was to go back to the Sapphire. It is the best budget conscious hotel I've stayed in by a country mile.

Even being ultra picky, there really isn't anything to dislike about the Sapphire.

Almost skipped London on my trip through the UK, one reason being the poor price-performance-ratio of accommodation at that time. I then found the Blue Sapphire Hotel, and what a pleasant surprise: everything was new and very clean, the bed was comfortable, the breakfast a basic but good add-on, and all the staff was very friendly and helpful. There are no parking spots provided by the hotel, but nevertheless they let me park my motorcycle in a small cage in the backyard (for free). Shower is small but good, and there's even an air-conditioning that I used in the evening just for 15 minutes to get the day's heat out of the room. The location is somewhat outside, but the Elizabeth Line at Seven Kings is right around the corner, it's been a fifteen-minute ride downtown. Neighborhood felt secure, if that's an issue. I don't think there are any pubs close by, but everything else is just easily available..

I booked this hotel very last minute and I am happy I did so. You really get everything that’s in description of the room. Staff was very friendly and I felt like at home. It was also safe! Front desk is 24/7 so whenever you need to go in or out you don’t have to bother with codes nor key cards to enter the hotel. One staff member is always there and the doors are open via reception. You never wait until they open or let you out, I really liked this. The room was so clean, I actually thought this hotel was built few days ago. Carpets were clean, bathroom was clean and sanitized, towels were provided, breakfast was delicious. Overall great for short term as well as long term stays. The hotel is located 1 to 2 minutes away by foot from Seven Kings station, the Elizabeth line. At first, I thought to myself - how long until I find the hotel? Immediately when you exit the station you see the name on the building, if you look right in front of you. You can’t get lost. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel because in terms of hospitality, cleanliness, price, and security I couldn’t choose a better option. I can’t wait to stay at Blue Sapphire Hotel again!

The location, first of all is strategic. Very close to the bus-stops, nearby train station and nice variety of restaurants and eateries. The breakfast was good as well. English breakfast with an assortment of fruits, yogurts and breakfast snacks. I was particularly impressed with the level of hygiene. The manager, Haroon was very warm and pleasant and gets 5stars for excellent customer service.

The room was quite cold, more importantly the bedding was too cold for the temperature of the room (which I didn't know how to change, waking up in the middle of the night). Fortunately I had a sleeping bag with me. Would suggest there to be extra blankets/bedding in the room or to make the heating easier to adjust
