Cranbrook Hotel

*Breakfast nice with sufficient quantity everyday *Hotel is rated 2 stars but I think it's 3 stars when compared with other hotels rated 3 stars *Nearness to buses and trains *Good food around the hotel *Functional free WIFI, bathroom, tea/coffee.... I will say adequate of everything I will stay here again and again !! *They made sure to provide the type of room I requested for which makes me enjoy my one month stay

*Same thing for breakfast everyday *No porters *Some of the hotel guests have no respect for other guests and makes annoying noises disturbing sleep without caution *No intercom phone *No quick action if a fault on anything in the room is reported. Only Mary takes action on such issues, other staffs don't follow up.

I’ve booked 2 rooms ( one single and one double ) and I was very surprised to see that the rooms were very , very clean and bathrooms too because the reviews are not so good .In the hotel was quiet during the night . And if you feel that is cold in the room you can turn on the heater and after the temperature is perfect and warm.

they start to removated the place, but it still need a lot of things to fix. i meet the nicest boy who relly tryed to help me with advices and make my stay there confortable (changed my room when i had problem with shower, helped me with luggage, borrowed me a hairdryer). thank you for everything, Uzair. the location was easy to find.

somebody should wash the decorations pillows. strange smell on it. the walls need a new color soon and also the carpet on the floor need cleaning too. on the bathroom was a strange smell too. the furniture from my bedroom looks like somebody had a fight there. they asked from 50£ deposit fee and it s more than a week and i didn t recieved my deposit back.

it’s in a good location, just one street from Ilford High Street. It’s a decent budget stay

There is limited parking, and seemingly some cars don’t move for days at a time so at times there is absolutely no free parking available, even though it’s described on their website. It can also be incredibly noisy at night, since the area of Ilford is pretty rough and idiots speed through the streets at all hours

Breakfast was alright, bacon or mushrooms would've been nice, but it's ok But the open plan bathroom was so nice And fact we had a triple room when only asked for a twin room was so appreciative

Stayed in what looks like a made up room at back of hotel, smears of plaster on the tiles in the bathroom, like it was made up quick But all in all, for that price in London you ain't going to expect the ritz hotel, so overall we were pleased.

The hotel receptionist were very welcoming, the room was decent for the price and clean too. The breakfast staff and room service were so nice as well. The beds were comfortable for my children and my husband as well,the bathroom was also a decent size & clean too. we spent 4 nights at it was a wonderful experience overall. I will definitely be coming back.

I stayed longer than my original booking and all went well until I had to change rooms as my decision to stay was last minute. therefore the new room had a few problems and they sorted it immediately and changed me to a new room which I was happy with. then again decided to stay longer and they helped me to stay on a room similar to my initial room. I was very happy and would like to book again

My second room ... but after reporting it to reception they deal with the situation and changed me to another room... Very good outcome!

Its close proximity to main shopping streets, buses and access to main line rail services and the London Underground.

Sometimes I’d hear shouting or swearing outside in the street or the person in the room above banging aggressively on his floor if I used the shower as it caused the water flow to fluctuate.

Convenient location, well connected with central of London via Elisabeth line. Reasonable pricing. Comfy beds and nice linen.

Room is old-fashoned and requires update. Rooms at the basement are quite noisy (kitchen, parking lot, leaving people).

clean property and extremely helpful staff. I would like to mention Mr. Kabeer and Uzair were extremely helpful. I had an issue with a room but Mr. Kabir have helped me with his politeness and changed my room instantly with another leave me happy.

Smart TVs could be better as there are no way you can connect to internet and we have to live with BBC channels only
