Friendly and helpful staff. Nice room and comfy bed. Ample parking space. I paid £8 overnight and this was still valid till the next day - make sure to key in your vehicle registration number as to be issued a permit at the check in desk. The Barking Train Station is 15 minutes walk away from the station. I enjoyed this as one of the main routes included walking past Barking Market. There you will find lots of quality products and a rich vibrant cultural atmosphere. Good value breakfast.

I did not like the fact that the eating/dining area was close to reception/check in desks.

Lovely room, comfy bed, capsule bathroom but nice and noise cancelling effect very good! Ample parking and it felt secure even as a lone female. Good check-out time. Staff were very helpful and courteous.Although it was a very busy weekend for London in general with a match at Wembley and a Beyonce concert taking place, the hotel itself was calm and quiet.

Check-in time could be earlier although you have the option to pay extra to do so. There's a small ironing room for all hotel users instead of having an iron and ironing board in each room. I would have preferred not to have to leave my room to iron stuff but I access and use of one of the 2 boards was always possible. Slightly over priced for a one night stay in that area but it was necessary.

No Netflix or YouTube on the TV as Ibis cannot be bothered to connect their Internet to the TV so guests can have access to it My toilet sink got clogged, no telephone in the room Also a rude security guard who told me I lacked comprehension simply because I wanted to know & understand why I couldn't wait in the breakfast area for my uber at some minutes to 1am and he'd been mumbling a rubbish explanation

The hotel was very clean and the staff extremely pleasant and efficient. We had a minor problem with the sink in the bathroom and the staff transferred us immediately to another room. Very well handled

The breakfast was abysmal. A charge of £12 per person was acceptable if the breakfast was good. Buffet style but the sausages were so over cooked you could mail your shoe to the wall with them. The “tinned tomatoes” and the sliced mushrooms were cold and the scrambled egg was dry and crusty on top (no other eggs available). Need a good chef and have a better warming system (covers on dishes would help)

The hotel is not far from the metro and train station, about 10-15 min walk, and your there are two links of metro there, so you can get everywhere you need, it'll just take some time, about 30-50 min, depends from the destination. The room was cleaned every day, and towels were changed every day. Staff was very friendly and ready to help.

There wasn't a lot of space in the room with additional bed, so it was hard to reach the table or wardrobe, but it was manageable.

Room is very good. I was very satisfied with size of the room and the amenities. Full English Breakfast was nice and tasty. Very spacious dinning area and settings. Location for me on this travel was perfect.

No comments on this from me now. No where is perfect and i believe the hotel will do more to ensure the standard is not below the expectation of prospective lodgers.

Excellent location. Could easily get to where we needed to go within ten minutes. Fantastic service from staff. Abdul was very helpful and quick to support us with any queries.

Rooms are tiny. We booked a family room with a sofa bed. The sofa bed was a leather sofa with no mattress. Not comfortable for a child, let alone an adult. No AC unit. The rooms were boiling at night and the windows do not provide sufficient breeze when opened. Breakfast was pretty standard considering the hefty price. You’re better off going to the local Costa. Parking is very pricey too especially if you’re staying a little longer than a couple of nights.

It is great for people who want to drive to London but avoid driving in to central London. It is outside the congestion zone. I parked my car in the hotel car park where plenty of spaces available at a very reasonable price ( £8 for 24 hrs). Underground station is only 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel. One has to pay twice or thrice the price for a similar hotel in central London

The hotel was clean, rooms cleaned every day with fresh towels etc.

The hotel is pretty far from the nearest metro station and central London is 40 min away by tube. The flush in our room wasn’t working properly, but that wasn’t such a big deal, we managed somehow. The neighbourhood is a bit off, but in general people are nice. The breakfast wasn’t great, wouldn’t spend £12 everyday for that.

The decor was nice, it was laid out well and the room were well designed.

The room were very small, barely enough space to walk around and the bathrooms were not very nice, looked a bit like a hostel. The staff were also not the most helpful, when checking in I wasn't told where my room was or anything, and when leaving we had an issue that could have been easily solved but the staff were very unhelpful and nonchalant
