The staff were fantastic, I visit numerous hotels and often find the staff go through the motions and working away from home frequently can often be difficult but its made easier when you have staff whom are willing to share the history of the hotel, the services provided and genuinely engage in conversation. The lady in working in the hotel at the time whom I believe was called Izzy was extremely professional and an absolute credit to the establishment and will be sure to return when next in town.

Me and a friend were staying there for a funeral which was taking place nearby and unfortunately my friend suffered a stroke during our stay. The staff were amazing in helping to get assistance. Thank you to Julie, Keira and Phil. Our room was big. Facilities were clean. Unfortunately I didn't have an opportunity to try the restaurant. But a lovely place with lovely staff.

The lounge and rooms have a very cozy atmosphere, we really enjoyed our stay there. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the history of the town, and gave nice tips on things to see in the area. We had the full "Welsh breakfast" in the morning which was excellent.

There was quite a bit of noise outside during the night (people drunk and yelling) that we could hear with the windows closed, but I suppose that is because it's located on a busier street. Besides that, the place was great, clean and very comfortable.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel. Beds super comfy. Delicious breakfast. Super friendly staff. Slight issue with the electricity going off, but it was quickly rectified. Staff were happy to accommodate, and really helpful, despite the fact that there seemed to be some issue in the kitchen. Bloody Mary's were superb as well!

Service from the staff from the word go was friendly and very helpful, got a room ready very early for me, communication was excellent. Room was spotless, comfy and perfect for an overnight stay, plenty of room also, facilities were good with some nice little touches. Loading Bays right outside the hotel with a off road car park just meters away.

it was central with a car park 2 minutes away. The staff were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. The rooms were comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. Thank you all at the Tiger inn for making our stay special and we would definitely like to come and stay again! highly recommended.

V friendly and helpful staff. Immaculately clean room. Quirky. Simple deco, thoughtful touches. V comfy bed.

Quite tight for space. No window - just sky lights so a tad claustrophobic.

I accidentally sprained my ankle on the road and had to go to this hotel for a short rest. The service of the hotel made a deep impression on me. The ice packs I needed were provided free of charge when I sprained my ankle, which relieved my injury! I am so grateful for their free service! This is really a caring and responsible hotel

Food and service was amazing. Location was ideal for our drive back to the Cardiff area from northern Wales.

Good attention to detail in the rooms--coffee, tea, snacks, etc.--but I couldn't tell that the cups were totally clean. (Could have been residue from tea after washing but wasn't sure.)

lovely decor, clean and lovely happy staff. very friendly. garage storage for our bikes

only complaint was that we didn’t sleep well due to the heat on the top level. Maybe an idea to stick some fans up there?
