Overall the place is very clean and meets the needs expected.

2 items. 1st, the internet in my room kept dropping to the point I had to hotspot off my phone, and partially the fact that although I was given a password, I wasn't told to which of the multiple ones available I had to choose. i did choose the correct one initially, but due to poor signal, it kept timing out. after going to the reception, I managed to connect, quite easily, and then it was a case of flying the laptop in the room to "find" the internet. 2nd, I was told that I could have breakfast to go, but that wasn't technically possible, as I needed to get out before they opened, although even a pre-made sandwich the evening prior would have worked for me. i would have even appreciated a self-serve coffee and picking up your seld croissant or bagel or something downstairs.

The room was clean, the bathroom was clean, amazing power shower, air conditioning unit was excellent and we had the perfect room temperature. There was no noise from other rooms. They have a restaurant serving Indian takeaway and sit in dining facilities which was convenient. We had s take away brought to our room We stayed for one night after a long drive back from France and just needed to sleep somewhere before driving again back to Manchester

The hotel is very well turned out and clean. All facilities worked well and the breakfast was good. The only complaint, and it is quite funny. Myself and the guy I work with have a tradition of trying local Indian restaurants to where we are working/staying. We chose this place specifically as it has an Indian restaurant attached. But the night we stayed the restaurant was closed, it is only open Thursday to Sunday with no mention of this on the app! But we did find a reasonable place in the local village!

Everything was satisfactory with the room. Shower was fantastic really powerful and hot. Breakfast was good all freshly cooked but the best thing of all was the staff, they were both really chatty, happy and friendly.

Unfortunately the resturant was closed for evening meals on the day we stayed, only opens from Thursday to Sunday. Headboard needed repairing and we had to wedge a couple cushions behind it to stop it banging against the wall.

staff very helpful. I came on a cycle and they allowed me to put the bike in a locked shed for the night. The room was clean, comfortable and the shower very good. Lovely views from the room.

The restaurant was closed on the day I went there (a Wednesday) and the only place to eat in Green street is a Kebab place a few steps away. The staff in the hotel though do allow food to be brought in with Just Eat or similar, but I strolled round and had the takeaway kebab.

Room was clean and comfortable, with good air-conditioning, which was very welcome in a heatwave. Comortable bed with fresh white linen and good white bath towels. Tea, coffee, milk pots and Biscoffs supplied. Bathroom was small, but clean. Breakfast, although not huge, was perfectly adequate and the overall package was great value for money.

There was no hand towel for hand washing and no shower/bath mat to stand on when you get out of the shower. As I'm not very able-bodied, this meant that I couldn't have a shower in case I slipped over on the wet floor and couldn't get back up!

I like the fact that the environment is safe, and the heating systems in the room was satisfactory and the staff were courteous

I did not like the fact that throughout my stay, my room was not cleaned, thrash not taken out and new bed sheets provided throughout my stay I had to prompt the front desk officer for him to provide me with toilet paper, and change my towels. This happened only once against what i expected to get on a daily basis.

The breakfast was well cooked although a lot of the breakfast menu was unavailable. Our room was great for our family of 3. A large room with plenty of space and really clean. The hotel has recently been refurbished and the decor was well chosen. Despite quite a busy road being in front of the hotel our room was quiet and comfortable. We were travelling backwards and forwards to Brands Hatch and the location was perfect for this being less than 15 minutes away. Bluewater shopping centre is also in striking distance.

1 towel per person in the room when we were staying for 3 nights wasn't enough. Either more towels or a change of towels would have been welcome. The only lighting in the room was overhead, bright lights. There were bedside tables with power points nearby which would have been suitable for bedside lights. We had an interesting experience for dinner in the evening. It is unlicensed and only has a choice of 5 soft drinks but we weren't made aware of this when booking. It took an hour for our food to come, and then only because we said we needed to leave as we had to be at the track. The starters and mains all came together - because of the delay this worked for us but wouldn't have been good otherwise.

Amazing value for money. Free parking, air con, immaculately clean. Crisp bedding, comfy bed. Friendly staff

The language barrier is challenging. Tried phoning to update thst would be arriving late but was more or less an impossible conversation. Also, there is an on site restaurant but it was closed. Advertised opening hours would be useful- we ended up eating a take away and eating it sitting on the beds in our room which wasn’t ideal! We arrived late and tired and thought we could each in on site restaurant. It would also be good to know time breakfast is served. We were just told 8am, arrived at 8am which was slightly later than we would’ve liked to find breakfast in full swing!

Staff greeting on arrival was very friendly. Room was spacious, clean and bed comfortable. Shower was great! I had no hairdryer in the room but i asked for it and it was provided straight away. Apart from that I'll highly recommend this place and will most certainly stay there again.
