The location and the owners, George and Anne, were absolutely fabulous. They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. They offered to take us into into Helmsley to make sure we had dinner. They were fabulous! They have a beautiful farm!

The location is a little hard to find. Although constant communication by the owners got us there. The inland road was a little hard to track as we had a very low vehicle. George,the owner, went out in the morning to scrape away rocks to make it easier for us to get out. Way above and beyond!

This was a lovely and peaceful place to say, the hosts were friendly and served up a delicious breakfast in the morning, and the room was comfortable and well equipped with a private bathroom. The hosts gave us directions beforehand as google maps is slightly misleading as to the location.

Nothing major. Access was via a dirt track which might put some people off! But the reward is a lovely peaceful place to stay!

The couple who had the farm were so helpful and friendly. Even came out to find us when we had gotten lost and then made us a cuppa when we finally arrived after there help. The farm was just stunning. The room was so cozy and comfy and the breakfasts were amazing. Honestly they just really knew how to look after us. If in the area again would definitely go back.

Beautiful room, great view, warm welcome. On a working farm, beautiful garden. And with the abbey around the corner: wow!

Would be nice to have a separate door/entrance, bed was a bit small, and for us, cyclists, the trip into town (Helmsley) was a bit far. (Then again, our nice hosts offered to drive us there.)

hospitality of the owners, climate of a true farm (there are cows, sheep, pigs and other pets at the farm) close to the nature and the moors, cosy room, traditional, British breakfast, It was an advantage for us, but be aware that this is a real, working farm :)

As we were leaving early the next day the proprietor left us a collection of breakfast items that we could have in our room before we left or take with us!!

The driveway to the house is rough n signs should be put up along the main road to give clear direction to the guests

I loved how we felt like friends to their home, and all the different animal welcomes we received, great night sleep, great hosts, great breakfast, good shower. Wood definitely recommend and come back

The B&B was in a great location, 5 minutes away from the beautiful Helmsley. The hosts were incredibly nice and very accommodating. I highly recommend trying out this beautiful farmhouse !

This was more like staying with family than a B & B. Ann and George were so welcoming. The room was lovely and the views are amazing. Breakfast was excellent. 10 out of 10.
