I love the location, the hotel is very cozy.

The guy who made my check in was the rudest person on earth. I came in clearly crying, not feeling well, and he still was the rudest person ever. I booked through booking and choose the option “pay now”, so I would pay through the website. The guy insisted and said it wasn’t possible. In resume, completely ignored how I was in the moment, if wasn’t for Omar (the assistant to the lobby) who was VERY KIND and polite, I would have left the hotel. It was my second time there, but definitely the first been treated like that. RUDE, unprofessional and totally lacking empathy! Horrible

Location was great - Chambers is an excellent station for anyone arriving via the Port Authority or Penn Station. I liked the continental breakfast - simple but solid. The staff was very friendly as well.

I would have liked a kettle or coffee maker in the room. It wasn't advertised so I can't fault them for i but I thought those things were pretty standard. First time I've ever stayed somewhere without it so I didn't even look to ensure it was provided. I felt the outside noise was really loud. I know it's New York and there will always be cars and sirens, but it just sounded like the window was open instead of muffling the noise. I got used to it as the stay went on.

Friendly customer service and great location as it was directly in front of the 1/2/3 and A/C/E stations with some free parking on nearby cobblestone streets! This hotel is conveniently located nearby various eateries too, providing us the option of grabbing a quick and safe late night bite or early breakfast. I also appreciated the complimentary upgraded room to one with a queen bed due to my partner’s height on top of being able to check in 30min earlier! We would definitely consider staying again.

A couple things such as breakfast options and trash cans could be improved upon. While I understand wanting to avoid attracting pests in the hotel, the trash cans in the rooms could be more spacious or provide guests with trash cans in the hallways/lobby as opposed to having to leave the hotel to take out excess/larger trash. In addition to this, I feel that another public area to refill water bottles instead of solely the gym on the 2nd floor and utilize a microwave in Serafina would be thoughtful additions.

The room was small but comfortable. Beds were good, and the room was nicely decorated. Location was great for us - not in the middle of everything, but close by subway. Quiet at night, and lots of locals around... less touristy. Staff was nice, and we felt very safe. Great area for walking, too.

There was no fridge or safe in one of the two rooms we booked, and there was a $25 service charge to put your own stuff in the fridge we did have. It felt chintzy in light of the price of the room. The grab and go breakfast was just fair. Coffee was pretty terrible!

Canise and Omar welcomed me at the front desk when I arrived. The room was fantastic, very comfortable. We had a winter storm and I was given extra blankets, a heater, a kettle to make tea and a lovely mug. Nice warm dressing gown and a lovely note to welcome me. Snacks and water in the room. Great restaurant and John the bar man. I was always given advice about where to go and how to get there, the staff were wonderful.

Breakfast would have been great. My card was charged over 1000 US by mistake and it took 10 days to refund.

Location is more than excellent. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Bed super comfortable. Everything was extremely clean.

I would have like a better noise isolation (from the outside street, next door room and upper floor rooms). And I think is time to leave back Covid-19 bag breakfasts.

We upgraded the room and at first, was put in a room which overlook a fire exit stairwell (room 305 I think), the room didn't get any natural light and the lights that were fitted did not compensate for this at all, so let's just say we didn't regard this as an upgrade. After speaking with the front desk they had us changed within 2 nights to an amazing room with lots of natural light and thank god we did. If we had settled for the other room the stay would have been quite different as it was such a depressing room, that I couldn't wait to leave. The location of the hotel is perfect, with the subway right outside and a great location to walk to anywhere. There are enough restaurants nearby to satisfy most tastes.

The breakfast isn't great as they don't have a kitchen or dining area, but hey ho it is what it is and we just ate breakfast out when we wanted something special.

beautiful building, perfectly clean. the staff is absolutely wonderful. they helped us all the way. the room was super comfortable and with a very nice decoration. The premium suite I got had a stunning view to the One World Trade Center. The bathroom is also beautiful, The shower is great with a los of pressure for a warm bath after a long day. The location is unbelievable, what a great place to stay, I will definitely book again.

I stayed in both the premium suite for a week, and then in the smallest studio for two extra nights. while the premium suite is unbelievable great in everything, not so much for the studio, which is really small and it has a window looking to a very dirty patio. but it still was very confortable for staying alone those two nights. and the design is the same as the premium, very nice furniture and a very confortable bathroom.
