wifi for $15-20 a day is a little bit expensive as for my opinion

I like the $25 Resort fee. Initially I did not understand what it was. The front desk attendant was great at explaining that you can use it 2 purchase snacks and drinks or use it towards the restaurant located in the hotel. You can use it or lose it either way you're going to pay for it. We used it to buy water & snacks and then went around the corner and brought a pizza it was a good stay. The room was clean, great interior design, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was up to date and clean. The staff was amazing at the front desk. Sorry I didn't take any pictures but the pictures they have on their website is exactly what you will get

I did not like the parking. It's a 24-hour parking next door($65) however they take your keys, park your car so you're not able to get to it if you need to. We actually found parking 3 minute walking from the hotel which was perfect call the battery lot , which was $43 for 24 hours

Very conveniently located—911 Memorial, Battery Park just a few minutes walk; South St Seaport a few minutes drive; great view of The Statue of Liberty in the harbor from our room. Plenty of outlets and USB ports for electronics.

Lift for luggage awkward to use; ended up pulling my luggage up the five steps into the lobby as bellhop wasn’t there when I checked in. Hotel amenities nor advertised except in elevator. Discovered the Starbucks completely by accident

The staff was very friendly. The location was absolutely the best! Close to everyplace we wanted to visit and the Hudson River. The view from our room 714, was stunning. I loved it. Would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting!

With covid there was no cleaning service unless you asked 24hrs in advance. There is no room service and the menu for the restaurant was outdated and with the wrong hours. When we did call to schedule for cleaning service, we were told we had to go down to the lobby and asked in person which made absolutely no sense. The one thing that really bothered me though, no fan in the bathroom. You have to pay for wifi which should be included

I like the part that they have everything ready and settled before the customer join the room, along with a line-up of amenities.

Since NY Marriott settles everything ready at this point, I am getting my overall rating to be more than positive. Maybe the air conditioning can be more flexible, but other than this everything is perfect. thanks much for handling me in my darkest time!

the rooms were spacious, clean and very NEW! the pillows were firm and the blankets were just right. there were plenty of towels and the elevators were FAST and there were plenty of them. the staff were friendly, attentive and just looking to help

the starbucks sign they would open at 6:30. the staff said they would open at 7am and at 7, they were still not open. there were also some areas in the room that could have been more clean like the carpet under the bed could have used a better vacuum

Bed and bathroom / shower were really nice, service was very good as well ; Starbucks on the ground floor is a plus

Initially, the Room had a danky smell but went away after my stay , I didn't like the room being directly down the hall from the elevator

The room, view was amazing and the bed was really comfortable. I booked the wrong room by mistake but receptionist lady changed it without extra charge(thank you!). Neighborhood was very plesant and quiet. Also there are many subways available.

I came with 3 very heavy and large luggages but nobody helped me carry them. I asked but they just watched me while I was suffering. Despite our request, house keeping did not come for some days.

We travelled as family with a friend, and I picked this location due to its laidback environment - not chaotic like Times Square. The place is clean, rooms are clean and smelling fresh and it is so close to everything. Will be staying here again!
