The location is amazing, just off Canal Street, walking distance to Soho and Nolita. We stayed for three weeks and book an Accessible room (it's much bigger than their normal rooms). Fantastic view from the 10th-floor window and electric blinds are a great perk!

The lobby was connected with a Blue Bottle Cofee place, which resulted in a bunch of random people hanging out in the lobby. Not a deal-breaker, but not ideal. Also, reception is on the ground floor, and you have to drag your suitcases half a floor down.

Great location. Near many interesting things in lower Manhattan. Very convenient for visiting the federal office building. Also quite close to Brooklyn Bridge and China Town. Fantastic view from the room. Very friendly, kind and attentive staff. They really go out of their way to make things comfortable and make you feel well treated.

The rooms are nice and efficient but quite small. But the prices are not extravagant, so it works out OK. But the rooms are pretty tight. Thermostat in room did not work well at first: it was summer and the room was staying at a very low temperature. It's nice to be cool in the summer but this was so cold that you could start shivering. Eventually, after 2 days, the temperature in the room was comfortable. The staff tried to make things better and were responsive, but I guess it was just beyond them. Anyway, it all worked out OK and given the overall outcome of our stay, I have no big complaints and would consider staying here again.

The location is amazing, it’s stylish and cosy, definitely for someone who isn’t expecting anywhere other than somewhere to dump their stuff and explore the city, or for a business traveller that has meetings all day. It was great for my stay, and I loved the Blue Bottle Coffee place, the staff were so nice and it was great to use the lobby to drink coffee and work from when I needed to.

Not much! As it’s so central, you’re going to naturally have a bit of the city noise but there wasn’t any noise from fellow travellers. I would have loved a mini fridge but that’s such a minor thing, it doesn’t matter.

Well-priced, good location, friendly staff for extended stay while in NYC for work. Blue Bottle in lobby, lots of communal working space, trendy vibes

Rooms are very small and tight - even by NYC standards - but perhaps the trade-off is price, location, design. You can hear people in the hallways since everything's very compact.

Great location to grab a quick meals, but nothing provided directly by hotel itself. Location is great. Minutes from subway station. Borders chinatown and little italy. I had a decent north view from window. Smallest room I ever experienced, but was adequate for one. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would return here again.

TV had a few glitches and control functions were not always intuitive. Provided a limited number of stations (CNN/CNBC/MSNBC/FoxNews/locals/few more). Did have a few movie channels (HBO/Showtime) Daily mandatory facility fee not previously disclosed.

The location was perfect. We previously stayed in bushwick and it was nice but staying in TriBeCa meant that we were perfectly located to explore Manhattan and the rest of New York. The bed was super comfy. There is a cool bar and restaurant downstairs with jazz music. There is also a cafe with nice coffee. The staff are super helpful and kind. Specifically the member of staff who checked us in, she was lovely ! And then also the doorman was so kind and genuine. He was such a nice presence to welcome us into the hotel everyday. The Porter who took baggage was very helpful. We really loved the hotel all in all!!! Very warm showers. TVs with various channels.

The rooms are small but that’s just New York! Always stayed in small rooms in New York so that’s to be expected. I would have loved 24 hour hot drinks !

Convenient location. We stayed in a small room cozy king on the ninth floor. It looked like the tiled shower was recently done. Felt new. Note: if you have never visited NYC, discount rooms are SMALL but we had a king. One person needed to crawl over the other to get out of bed. Electronics to control lights and a/c also seemed recently updated. Fam was very quiet but I’d prefer a louder one with white noise but didn’t find noise too bad. We stayed at the end of the hall away from the elevator which was great. Staff seemed very attentive and hip.

It was as expected. No strong downsides understanding NYC basics - your rooms are small.

Location is great as soon as you make it past Canal street haha. Lots of great restaurants and cafés nearby and also lots of different subway lines available. The bed was very nice. The shower is also super nice. Rain shower with lots of space. I was glad to see the toilet is in a bathroom with a closed door! Very good. I also liked the in-house coffee shop and the lobby area. Complimentary water was a great addition too. The extra storing space underneath the bed is great.

I was on the third floor facing Walker street and I had to have the blinds down most of the time because people working on the other side can look into the room. Probably to be expected in the city but if you can maybe ask for a room higher up (also more quiet).

The staff was excellent. Great service. The bed was súper confortable. The hotel was very clean and the decoration was modern. 100% recommend this hotel for couples or if you travel alone for business.

Although the room was excellent and we loved staying here and we would come back, the only downside was the toilet. If you are travelling with a partner you won’t have much privacy while using it. It is not a big issue, because we loved the room, this would the only thing we didn’t like.

Great front desk member Zach- super helpful. The location is absolutely 5 stars. The room is big enough for NYC, comfortable bed, not too loud from streets, and shades are dark so you can sleep well. It feels safe area as well

I've stayed for a week and it was a nightmare to ask room service to clean up my room (trash bin was always full, dirty towels, etc). There was some miscommunication between the cleaning lady and me about my pet (she won't clean my room because I had a pet) but it was sorted out and I was offered free dinner/ bottle of wine which was a nice gesture. I understand that not everyone likes pets, but I think as a piece of advice, I would schedule room cleaning with the cleaning ladies who don't mind small pets if you want to maintain a pet-friendly hotel reputation.
