Very comfortable beds and bedding, quiet street location, very nice staff.

Having a hold of $150/day on my credit card for incidentals from the minibar. Room did include up to $10 a day in mini bar use. However, lack of staff meant the bar was never restocked with the one bottle of water that we used. We were there 5 days.

Bathrooms were nice and modern, as were the rooms. IPad in each room which could be used to order room service and other services/information could also be found on there too. Bed was a good size and it was comfortable. Great mini bar with a large selection of refreshments and also items such as power adapter and portable charger. We had a nice view of Canal street, although a bit noisy with police sirens/horns but that is to be expected in NYC!

No breakfast option at the hotel, only tea and coffee. Corridors were very dark, so Lucy so that it was actually difficult to see. Air conditioning is quite loud and when it turns on/off automatically to maintain a constant temperature, it makes a clicking sound which actually sounds like someone is using a key card on the door so it made us jump a few times thinking someone would walk in to the room. Lots of dust built up behind the bedside tables so when you plugged chargers in, there was dust everywhere. Only 6 hangers in the wardrobe and no drawers in the room to store clothes etc, there is one shelf at the top of the wardrobe but it is very high and not very practical.

The location is amazing, in the heart of Soho, close to the best restaurants and stores. Also near Chinatown. Metro station 2 blocks away. The hotel es really nice and clean. Very nicely decorated, loved the library room to have breakfast. Some of the staff was super nice and some were ok.

The rooms and the bathrooms and a bit small. The restaurant was closed due to renovations (didn’t let’s us know until we got there). The room service could improve.

Newly reopened and our stay was wonderful. The Creators didn’t miss a beat. A little glitch with the tablet in the room but luckily we didn’t need it and they accommodated when we needed to replenish some toiletries. We traveled with our two young children and the double was perfect for us. Location was great and when we didn’t feel like eating out delivery was fast and came straight to your door. Overall it was wonderful and would definitely stay here again upon our return.

I loved the decor. The mid century furniture is beautiful and comfortable. The staff was excellent!

The property is beautiful we only did not like the horrible poor choice of art work to have in a room when people eat. the blood and razor blades! Seriously! That is disturbing and disgusting out of place. That is one of the pictures you do not want to look at wile you are eating or having a good cocktail in that beautiful room. Please consider change that nightmare picture.

Modern, well designed, clean, comfortable and ideally located in soho (but without the night life noise). That said, more memorable than any of those aspects were the staff. Across the board, in all service functions, the team were absolutely lovely. For what can be a thankless job, 11 Howard’s team seemed genuinely happy, which I hope translates to well paid and cared for by their employer. A rare quality in hospitality, and one that makes me committed to return again. Thank you for having me.

very clean. the location is super convenient.

there is no way to open the window, at all. so, even if the weather is fine outside, air conditioning is all you have. sadly, at night sometimes there was not enough fresh air, because the room is super compact. and this also means that you will return to the room only to take a shower and go to bed.

The bedroom is comfortable. It's clean .

The library service is bad and the staff not welcoming.

Beds very comfortable. Good location for downtown with nice restaurants nearby. The Blond bar was fun if you’re looking for late night party vibe close by

No storage space and only 5 hangers in the 1 tiny closet - was space to add additional storage Rooms and hallways too dark Staff seem quite disinterested, if you’re looking for input on your trip this isn’t the hotel for you Would be good to have dressing gowns/slippers

The staff was responsive to my needs and the room service was quick. The room was comfortable

At first they put me in the top floor. It had a nice view, but there was a buzz from the AC system, but they moved me quickly. Another thing was I thought I was getting a room with a counter in the bathroom, but my room only had a sink and toilet. I thought the advertising was a little false
