The staff were superb, very attentive and helpful. They helped us get around to places we wanted to visit, were friendly and attended to our requests promptly. We requested a hot water kettle as i don’t drink coffee and they provided it. Our room was spacious for two people and our luggage. We loved the deco. All up we would be back again.
We tried the restaurant at the hotel for dinner and were not impressed with the food. The cocktails were great but the food left a lot to be desried for a highly rated restaurant.

Everything perfect at the hotel EXCEPT the dinner at The Temple Court. Ordered the duck and was terribly disappointed to be served with one that was too tough and dry. Hardly ate the food, and waiter/staff did not even bother to ask if there was anything wrong. I volunteered the feedback and all he did was nod. I had the dish boxed and offerred it to the doorman that night. Next day, doorman gave me feedback - “duck was too tough”. It was truly disappointing from a resto that seemed highly recommended.

The bed was very comfortable, the room was decorated beautifully. I love this hotel! The bar downstairs was great. It's a good location if you want to stay downtown. We walked over to the World Trade Center, over the Brooklyn Bridge...walked to Soho. I enjoyed this hotel.
We wanted to grab a drink in the lounge on Saturday night around 11:15, the host was trying not to seat us saying they are getting ready to set up for Sunday Brunch. Another hostess came by and brought us to a table.

Amazing renovation of a classic hotel. Beautiful atmosphere and wonderful atrium bar area. First room was very small but had a terrace, however due to noise level would not have been enjoyable, hotel kindly moved to a bigger room. Wonderful hostess in the temple court bar area.
The bedroom felt a little underwhelming considering the standard of the hotel. The hotel is not seeming to get any messages from Booking.com

The property was located right in the heart of NYC, and close to all the main tourist attractions. There hospitality service was amazing. I was running late for wedding photos because of the time change. There was a staff member named Aldo, who was able to double check my tie and suit before I entered the cab. Him double checking my outfit helped me, so much because I was running late and a complete mess! thank you Aldo!
I didn’t like the fact that guest stay at the hotel really didn’t get any discounts on dinning in or at the bar.

when i asked for hypoallergenic bedding i was provided with a cotton sheet not a duvet in -11 °C weather!! i shivered through the night and asked the cleaning lady to provide more which she did. so just multiple cotton sheets on my bed. I would expect them to have synthetic duvets for those who have allergies.

The Beekman is best-in-class at hospitality. The staff went out of their way to be accommodating. The hotel is beautiful with the massive open air atrium that looks up to the rooms above! Our rooms was gorgeous - eclectically decorated and the bed was incredibly comfortable. It was our anniversary and the Beekman was very kind to acknowledge the special nature of our trip. We had a kind note and small bottle of champagne waiting for us upon arrival. everything was PERFECT!
