Hilton Garden Inn New York/Tribeca

Perfectly located in a safe neighborhood, tribeca is full of restaurants and bars that are open until late for dinner. Conveniently located to Walk downtown, soho, Greenwich village. Some áreas of NYC are now hosting homeless / weird people around — this one is not, and it was an important Point for us on holidays. Staff at front desk was very friendly, always with a smile and very diligent of our requests. The room was adequately sized, but would Benefit from an update and a larger TV. Bed was large and great, shower was perfect and toilet amenities were good. Everything was clean and worked properly. It would be a total know-out if they offered breakfast on site. Housekeeping available upon request for stays longer than 7 days, but team would provide Fresh towels and toiletries at any time. It worked. Would definitely stay here again and recommend.

The rooms could get renovated carpets and furniture.

Good location to explore the city either on foot or with the subway. Many good and affordable restaurants in the area. Clean and modern facilities. Good complimentary breakfast with good quality food. Comfortable beds and room temperature. Nice view from the window.

We had to leave a $ 150.00 deposit that we haven't received back yet. At the same time we haven't been debited for the amount for the stay, I would have preferred to have everything settled at checkout.

Hotel is a perfect location for us - train station just outside the building, shopping area very near (SOHO, broadway), and restaurants like in Little Italy are just few minutes away. For kids - Mcdonalds and KFC are just nearby. Reception Staff (night and day roster) are very accomodating and friendly - they even upgraded us to double room so us to continue with our current room. They also have complimentary breakfast and staff assigned werr very happy serving the food.

The crew was very polite and willing to help with our requests. We had a long stay and were able to get our packages delivered and stored without any problem. It’s very well localized, with a subway station just a few steps away.

The restaurant was going through a renovation, which led to the breakfast being served in the lobby. Often they’d run out of food hours before breakfast hours were finished. As paying customers for this service, it was a huge let down as we had to eat out and spend more money on meals that were included in the hotel’s fee.

Loved the location, basic room and facilities but clean and renovated. Very nice and helpful staff. Was delightfully surprised to learn there is a grab and go breakfast offered. Right on the subway too! This is a great budget friendly option for exploring the city. For those a bit apprehensive about driving in Manhattan, you take the Holland Tunnel in and park the car soon after!

Would have liked queen beds better than doubles. My husband said his bed could have been comfier. I was comfortable.

Great location close in walking distance to several restaurants and shops. Place was clean friendly staff and price was good for the area. I recommend this place for sure

Only thing I didn't like is the congestion of traffic on that section of the city. I arrived around 1pm and took me almost 1 ½ hours to get to a parking garage but once I was in I walked and took the train everywhere so it all worked out. That's the city life tho so it is what it is but their fault.

The staff was very welcoming. I arrived early and they held my bags while I went to work. Once I checked-in, the TV in the room had my name in it (nice touch!). The room was very clean and spacious and the bed was heavenly. I also liked the breakfast to go option. I also was very grateful that they held my bag after I checked out. The location was perfect, next to a subway station and near lots of restaurants and bars. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied.

loved the location, TriBeCa full of small independent shops, bars and cafes, we walked everywhere from here. clean, big room. comfy bed. canal st subway literally next door.

shower needed fixing twice as water was cold: to their credit, they sent an engineer within 15 mins on both occasions breakfast was a pretty basic affair. take away coffee cups, some average pastries and good Greek yoghurts. did the job of fuelling you before a days sightseeing but felt a bit cobbled together.

Convenient location ( close to tourist attractions ) & easy access to subway), good sized room with fridge & microwave (good if travelling with children) , offered complimentary breakfast

The traffic noise can disturb light sleepers . Can do with a bit more maintenance (light switches, ice machines etc )
