Good location and friendly staff

It was convenient and clean. Nothing overly fancy but parking was plentiful and covered, room was clean and quiet

Post covid it seems like you don’t get a room refresh daily which was fine, we asked for more towels for the next day and quickly received them so no real complaints

Let me start by saying the hotel in itself was not bad but on the very last night of my stay someone was given a key to my room who’s name was not listed on the room. They did not ask for any form of identification or for my presence and in doing so items were stolen from me. I have not had a follow up and no one is concerned that over $1000 of my items were taken. Another issue is that housekeeping is suspended during COVID, understandable BUT my issue is that I was here for 5 days and 4 nights I was told since I was staying so long on my third day they would come and clean my room, it never happened. All in all it’s a pretty property but I would never stay here again unless they get new staff.

It’s in a great spot . Close to the galleria , shopping centers, night clubs/bars and restaurants.

The shower door opened towards the water instead of outward. The price went up due to you having to include parking in your stay when you arrive .

I like the location of the hotel. It’s in the middle of basically everything. Very convenient to the expressway and Galleria.

The rooms are extremely small. But it’s a preference thing. I wish the bathroom doors could close all the way and lock for privacy. The TVs are slanted on an angle that’s upright. They need to fix the tilt. My rooms tv was tilted the wrong way and I couldn’t adjust it or see the tv good.

The staff was wonderful. I ended up booking a long stay after leaving an AirBnB due to a roof leak. I initially checked in for two nights when I left the AirbnB and thought I would find another AirBnB, but I decided to stay 9 more nights because I liked the hotel. Every interaction I had with the reception desk was a good one-I recommend this hotel and would stay again.

Didn’t get a chance to experience the breakfast however the location was stellar ! Right down the street from the Galleria & next to fine dining ! Couldn’t have picked a better hotel & location. There was a front desk gentleman that wore glasses ( I forget his name ) he was very courteous to me he knew the location really well & he was very accommodating staff like him and another made my stay even more awesome .

The hotel's modern decor was beautiful. The hotel's location was awesome. It was right next door to where I had to conduct business, so I was actually able to walk to my appointment. The parking garage was an extreme convenience.

There was a $25 parking fee and a $100 hold on my credit card.

The whole place exceeded my expectation. The bedroom was fantastic. The beds were the most comfy beds I have ever slept in. Ever. The staff were so professional and helpful and went out of their way to help. A 10/10 stay
