Hyatt Regency Houston Galleria

Everyone was so friendly and helpful, the breakfast buffet was delicious. We felt so comfortable and appreciated there. I would most definitely stay over and over. Oh the pool and lounge area was our favourite apot. We actually chose often to cancel any Pam s we had and we chose to spend entire days just at the hotel. Loved it.

I do think that the menu and food are amazing but I would suggest to maybe have non gourmet items as well. Like a basic cheeseburger and fries type of thing. We aren't very much into the gourmet menus and had to order in or go out each night. Also a vending machine with sodas and other options would be great.

The hotel itself was comfortable and well-maintained, but it was Hind’s exceptional customer service that truly set this establishment apart. Her professionalism, friendliness, and willingness to go the extra mile made my visit to this hotel a delightful experience. I would highly recommend this hotel, thanks in large part to the outstanding service provided by Hind.

The Hotel was nice, awesome location. The valet parking was good. The main person at the check-in was really nice and helpful - very high energy.

We tried to get change to be able to tip the bell person as well as the valet - the bar would not offer change and neither did the cafe - they even went to state "exact change only". The check-in person (mentioned above) was very helpful and gave us change - by the way - it was for a $20 - not a large bill.

The room was nicely decorated and very clean. Elegant designs. Nice tea selection. The woman at the front desk selected a room she thought would be quiet for me, which I thought was considerate since I was there for work.

I checked in around 11 pm. I was woken up by the alarm clock of the person in an adjacent room at 5:30 am. Consider better soundproofing between rooms. I didn’t think it was worth $259 to get 6 hours of sleep. Also the Valet was not readily available which delayed my check in time and check out time. Overpriced valet.

just i want to let you know when i make the reservation in booking the charge was $550 but when we arrive the hotel charge $718 It went up a lot what we had reserved from the beginning in booking they looked for the reservation with two beds and that was what they gave us I have the screens of the reservation and it is not good that when you arrive they raise the cost of what you reserved, We do not want this to happen to us again because we will have to find another hotel that respects the price we booked from the beginning we can share you the original reservation and the charge you make thanks Guillermo Reyes

The staff are friendly!The restaurant and bar are nice!Comfortable room with space!Nice swimming pool and fitness room.

Bad check out system.So far I haven’t received the receipt yet even I requested for it.I also texted with SMS.No reply at all.The temperature in the room was 59F which was too cold for me and it took long time till I got warm water under the shower.

the front office manager Farrah was very rude and disrespectful! she gave me the wrong room and when I asked about it she got loud and rude! Kimora was very nice and put us in the right room! to be a manager Farrah was very rude and needs better customer service skills and she’s the reason my family and I will not return to that location

Water bottles should be provided as per the requirement . There should be at-least basic amenities like tooth brush and paste , some spoons, plates , forks etc available in the room

The Place was convenient to everything we needed. Restaurants, hwy. And the staff was Great! Valet took care of our Car & every time we left and returned they were very good at taking care of us! We Felt Pampered.

The beds are a bit on the hard side even with all the pillows.alao the rooms storage is a bit short

No one replied to my messages when I reached out prior to my visit. when I called the reception the person who answered the call was curt and inhospitable. But the ladies that did my check in and check out were great. I had a late check out and cleaning staff kept coming to clean, they were not informed to come later and I didn’t have a do not disturb sign.
