Hyatt House Houston Galleria

The rooms are clean but I was seeing hair in some places in the bathroom and on a couple towels. Breakfast is mainly a cold breakfast. They're getting back into hots. I loved that bed though. Also there are quite a few stores in walking distance if you wanna shop a little

I didn't like that you had to come down to get more towels. They don't tell you till you're there that it's a $25 a night fee for staying there and you get it back and the end of your stay. But once you add on parking they may as well had kept the extra money they charged me. I also didn't like that parking wasn't free.

I have stayed multiple time in this hotel before pandemic, nice hotel.

post pandemic they have stopped hot omelette bar and overall breakfast quality is dropped. i hope they quickly bring back the good breakfast. earlier they use to give drinking water bottles at hotel reception, that was nice touch, even that has stopped.

the location was really good, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean.

the breakfast was just basic not a lot of options at all, it was really not good enough. I was always hungry after breakfast, because I would only have a plain bagel and juice.

I love how responsive the staff was to meeting my needs and expectations they were extremely patient and friendly outstanding customer service and I just loved 🥰 all of the staff that worked there thanks 🙏 for having me and I would recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone

We loved our room and our stay. It was like a mini apartment, with kitchen pots and utensils so we saved by cooking our own meals. It was relaxing, staff including security were very friendly and gracious. Amazing stay. (Just bring your own snacks)

I didn't like the bathroom sink handle, I turned it all the way to the side but the water never got very hot it was lukewarm at best. Another thing I did not like was the high priced items in the hotel store, a regular size M&Ms costs $3.25...I bought 3 bottled waters, apple juice, candy bar and nutter butter for $16.75...that's ridiculous!

OVERWHELMING POWERFUL SMELL WALKING INTO THE HOTEL EVERY TIME; NOT JUST PEAK HOURS. I HAVE ALLERGIES AND HAD TO WEAR TWO FACE MASKS JUST TO CHECK IN AND OUT. I UNDERSTAND THE NEED FOR FRESH AND CLEAN SMELL AND SOMETIMES TO COVER OR MASK ODORS HOWEVER IT IS NOT NECESSARY TO BURN PLUG IN OILS 24/7 UNLESS SOMEONE IS SMOKING IN THE BUILDING AND USING AS COVER. PLEASE USE AT ONLY PEAK TIMES AND REPORT A TIME EARLY IN THE DAY WHEN YOUR NOT USING FRAGRANCE SO I COULD GET BREAKFAST DURING A CLEAN HOUR.

I really liked breakfast and friendliness of your employees

The pool was not clean. There were leaves and bugs inside the pool, as well as the bottom of the pool and the steps have green stuff growing on it.

Room clean good. Very good kitchen amenities. Snack variety was good. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast selection was good. My room was so comfy and clean.

I don't have any complaints. The location was a little confusing for my uber driver. This isn't a reflection of the hotel, but it was a challenge to get food delivered.

The beds were smaller than a queen size and the vent in the bathroom was very noisy. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. Thanks for putting us close to the parking garage. Whenever we go back we will check yall out.

Everything else. It was quiet, the water in shower was amazingly hot and refreshing. The bed was very comfortable, etc.

1. Our room was on the first floor and it reaked of smoke. So the smell was not pleasing at all. 2. The price. We were here one week prior, stayed and an extra day and it seemed to cost double. All in all, a great room but that's about the cost of one month's rent on an apartment. So it will be a while before we return.
