Comfort Inn & Suites Southwest Freeway at Westpark

The breakfast was very good. Lots of options! Love the 24 hour door lock, makes it very safe feeling and comfortable. Staff checking in and out were super friendly.

The breakfast hours for the weekend and weekday were not clear. It was said breakfast was from 7am-10am, I went down on Monday morning at 9:34am and everything was put away and they said breakfast was only until 9:30am. Little upset with the unclear breakfast hours.

Maids we're excellent, left extra towels and shampoo after seeing our girls and even set their stuffed animals up when they made the beds! Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good.

One elevator out of service, bottom of pool cut my daughter's feet, eggs tasted like instant.

The welcome at reception was wonderful, possibly the best ever. The room had everything one might need -- tea/coffee, microwave, fridge,... and the bed was superbly comfortable. The hotel was ideally located for our needs, and several fast food outlets were close by. The swimming pool looked very tempting.

The environment immediately outside the hotel was not pleasant and I would not recommend this area for a family seeking a hotel in a place where they could take a walk -- however children who enjoy swimming could let off steam in the swimming pool. Crossing the street to buy food felt precarious with heavy traffic, traffic signposts on the ground with exposed wires blocking the path, and people loitering under the freeway. Inside the hotel, however, the atmosphere was calm and agreeable.

Great staff! The mint infused water at the lobby was out of the world and very refreshing. Room had good basic amenities and the bed was very comfortable. WiFi was good and the breakfast was good too.

Only one entrance to enter the property even with the swipe card i.e. even for the hotel guests.

I like the location, easy access to/from freeway. The property is nice and well kept. Staff is always nice. Free breakfast is a plus. and price is reasonable.

The only negative about it, there is always random people walking or standing around hotel. (happens in several hotels in Houston)

I enjoy that place so much so every time I visit Houston that’s my go to hotel!! Located in great area surrounded by everything. Very clean and comfortable I highly recommend!!

Air conditioning didn’t get as cold as I’d like. Elevators are old and slow.

Staff was helpful. Property was clean.

The property did not have towels to provide to the guests. On one occasion, we requested towels and none were available. I personally had to use a hand towel after taking a shower. The breakfast was lacking. What was considered breakfast was more like a morning snack. Not too many options to choose from.
