Best Western Galleria Inn & Suites

I love the room very clean and comfortable feel at home staff is also well trained very nice and respectful to everyone the two lady at the front desk are very friendly polite intelligent they assist each and every guessed with a kind and loving welcome I would encourage both staff to keep up the good work.. Thank you.....

The only problem I had was the TV I wanted to play some music but couldn't able to which that wasn't a big bother to me but I do wish I could able to like YouTube and those are the channels I wish that was in place

The location was very centrally located in the Galleria area, and close to the 69 freeway which made this the ideal spot to explore Houston. The room itself was large, clean and quite modern. It had a flat screen TV, mini-fridge, microwave, work desk and pull-out couch in the room. The water pressure was good in the bathroom shower and sink, which is important to me. The breakfast was also included with the room. For breakfast I enjoyed the fresh make-your-own waffle machine, some fruit and a nice coffee. They also had hot food like eggs and meats, as well as cereal, oatmeal, yogurt and juices. Given the ideal location and the breakfast I think this room was an exceptional value.

For a three-star hotel it was a great value. My room had a scent plugin and I personally don't love those but that was an easy fix by simply unplugging the scent device. The service was great and they really made me feel like home.

The staff was great! Shirley spent quite a bit of time with us locating a restaurant and helping us navigate to our scheduled appointments. Linda was wonderful in the breakfast area and kept the hot items (bacon, eggs and waffle batter) readily available. The hotel was clean with a sparkling pool. We would definitely stay here again!

The mattress was uncomfortable, and there was also a $20 difference in the King Suite and the regular King room. It was worth it for us because we spent most of the afternoon/evening in our room, but that seemed a little much for a sofa.

I loved the bagel with strawberry cream cheese for breakfast. The room was very clean and the hotel smelled very nice. Shirley was very courteous when I booked the room. Everything was great.

Scrambled eggs and sausage could have been warmer but they were ok.

Breakfast was great, the cleaning ladies were so nice, the Shower WAS AMAZING. It's a good bang for your buck.

The area at night got a little iffy (Near gentlemans clubs). The front desk guy got "smart" with me. The sheets were stained but were washed.

The staff was super friendly, we had a room where the beds were hard as a rock an they let us switch to a different room. I will definitely stay here again in the future. I highly recommend this place.

Wish they would have had something different every morning for breakfast, but overall the food was really good.

I didn't like the fact that I didn't have enough time to try out the pool, because it was cold outside when I was there....

Breakfast was not in line from a quality standpoint. The Hours available were very limited for people not traveling for business.

Very clean neat and safe not to mention staff is really nice.the ambiance is really nice and i will be coming again soon! I recommend booking DONT even think about it 👍
