The Westin Oaks Houston at the Galleria

The hotel has access to the Galleria directly which was very convenient. The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

It can be difficult to get an Uber if there's traffic at the mall as this causes a backlog in parking lot which is shared with the hotel on one side. Our internet was cut on the last day and required to be paid for to continue which was a bit inconvenient for the morning before check out.

I loved the great staff. They were very welcoming upon entering the lobby. A very aesthetically pleasing building with a nice aroma. The room was great. I was shocked to see that they had even decorated the room a bit for the occasion. Very comfortable bed and pillows that just put you right to sleep. The view I had was astonishing, and at night it was even better. Then to top all that off, the check out process was made quick and easy. An overall 10/10 experience.

HOTEL GUESTS COULD HAVE BEEN ALLOWED TO ENTER THE RESTAURANT THROUGH THE DOOR WITHIN THE HOTEL INSTEAD OF USING ONLY THE ENTRANCE FROM THE GALLERIA MALL.

I actually booked for my daughter and fiancé. This was their wedding weekend. The suite was beautiful, rose petals leading to the bedroom, a huge rose petal heart on the bed, a card of congratulations with flutes and wine! I requested white chocolate covered strawberries and champagne to be placed in their room in the afternoon after the wedding. I highly recommend this hotel, they were so accommodating!

We stayed with family and friends for my daughter's birthday, so she could eat, shop and play with friends. The staff went above and beyond by making her feel special, with cake, balloons, etc., waiting for us in the room. There was also a 'handwritten' birthday card, which was very nice. "Thank you" for the wonderful time.

pelotons in the gym. room is huge and beds are very comfortable. location is amazing for shopping. we rented a tesla and there are superchargers nearby. breakfast was very good as well

bit pricey for houston and considering it seemed quite empty. no safe or closet in the room.

I never had breakfast at the hotel as I preferred to have it at the Cheesecake factory restaurant that is right next door.

I loved everything about the hotel and I will be back.

EVERYTHING! I love the location, the staff attitude is outstanding and super efficient. it’s clean, connected with THE GALLERIA MALL. the beds are delicious, the size of the rooms and beds are just wow! simply PERFECT!

The bathroom was really nice! The lighting was spot on. Loved the overhead shower. An the view of the city was fantastic!

Overall the stay was fantastic. But I do have a few concerns. The pillows were a bit too soft for me. I had to combine three of them together to get comfortable. An could of used a light at the top of the ceiling where you first walk in by the big mirror. I kept trying to take some pics of me in my suit in front of the big mirror but the pics came out dark cause there wasn't enough lighting at that spot. An the room I stayed in was right next to the elevator. Which at first it didn't bother me but throughout the night while trying to sleep, I could hear the elevator go up an down all night. Which it woke me up a few times. But hey those were just minor concerns. Like I said, overall the stay was fantastic!
