Residence Inn Houston by The Galleria

The staff is the absolute best! I love them! They do whatever whenever it needs to be done. The ladies in the kitchen cooking make breakfast feel like home. Very clean Very Comfortable VERY NICE! I will be back. The covered parking was a plus as well!

ONLY BAD THING IS THE DESCRIPTION SAYS THERE ARE BALCONY BUT THERE ISNT. The balcony is in the front like we’re you enter the room. That’s not a balcony. That’s the entry! WE MADE IT INTO ONE WHEN WE WANTED TO GET OUT THR ROOM!

The location, security, and staff were all top notch! The room was nice, clean, and quiet. Liked having the amenities of a fridge, sink, and microwave.

This are not necessarily con, but something we didn't expect. We thought we were getting a private balcony, I am sure somewhere it said it was just the front of the hotel's door, since the doors face outside. But, if you were expecting a private balcony, then that is not something they provide. However, we were satisfied with the overall accommodations.

Our stay at the Residence Inn was great. We loved the complimentary breakfast every morning as it was convenient for us to begin our day. I felt safe with the gates to enter the property. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Overall the room was clean and the kitchen was fully stocked with the proper utensils. There's also a stove and a dishwasher with pots, pans, and glasses for use. Our Room had a pull out sofa bed and a comfy queen bed. The residence inn is a great hotel to stay in if you're visiting Houston.

The complimentary breakfast could have had a little more variety but it was good overall.

Location. Price. Staff welcoming an exiting. Bk bar very good. Covered parking. Security gate. Fridge, microwave. Convenient kitchenette.

Missing top bed sheet. Shower hot water 🔥 hot. Poor weather stripping ard entrance door. Need all touchup paint. Not enough small wash towels (3 on hand for 2 people). No body lotion. No tv channel guide, direction, poor channels selections (1 free movie channel b nice, like HBO).

Very impressive customer service, Michelle at the reception was awesome and extremely courteous. She made our stay very comfortable.

The breakfast menu should include white meat petties like chicken and fish, as we do not take red meat and pork.

The place was very clean the area was what I needed close to every store basically didn’t need a vehicle for it and the staff was understanding

Only thing I didn’t like was the parking so far away from your room and there were crowds of people outside hanging on the balcony couldn’t pass to go to your room no security even though it was said to have it on the facility and had to request another room due to it being work related all in all after it was a good stay

Spacious room with a good kitchen. Good location, free parking. Nice and quiet side street, very close to The Galleria Mall. Also close to museum district and downtown. It was great to have a good refrigerator and to be able to prepare meals.

The breakfast is no big deal, but it is ok. On weekdays it closes at 9 a.m. That is very early. 10 a.m. would be much better.

there was an odor like pipes or sewer in the room. the cleaning crew used a very concentrated deodorant and even with that the odor was present

Location Fine but the breakfast was too monotonous. Variety would be better rather than repeating same things all days

Try to serve English breakfast for some days in the week and alternate

Location was great and room size with vast amenities appreciated.

There was no personal safe in the room for securing belongings. Breakfast needs to have some variety on a daily basis.
