The hotel is clean and good value for money

location, the clean design of the lobby, good bed, the working the desk, THE PRICE, it’s an extended stay concept and as long as the right expectation for this category is known, this is one of the better ones

no more coffee and snacks in common areas, little maintenance issues especially the drainage of water in the toilet was an irritant since you have to flush twice. the first room I got smelt mildew like, I would check for mold to be on the safe side.

If you are looking for a cheap and reliable place, this facility is for you. When I first came from abroad, I preferred this facility to stay for a few days and I did not encounter any negative situation. Since there are not many facilities around, you have to walk for half an hour to the nearest market. There is not any breakfast opportunity in the facility. You have to solve your breakfast issue yourself. Also, there is not any vending machine at the hotel.

There are sound inside the room because of fridge. Everything else exceeded my expectations.

The staff in this property makes a huge difference, they’re all incredibly kind and helpful, especially Shon, the most lovely and professional hotel manager I ever met. The rooms are impeccably clean and, for the first time in years, I could sleep without ear plugs, despite the closeness to one of Houston’s busiest highways.

I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived! I read some reviews that stated the area was a bit sketchy, but it's not that bad! There isn't much lighting in the parking lot, so at night it could be a bit scary. Wouldn't recommend a solo woman traveler to stay here if anything. They do have a security guard, who is a nice guy, but he mainly stays inside (but it is cold outside to be fair!). Main reason I stayed here is that I saw their FREE laundry room. They have detergent, softener, and dyer sheets for free as well. The washers are great, BRAND NEW Samsung washers! Amazing! Lastly, I needed a desk to do work, and the room had a large one which was perfect! Great value for the price and the staff is very nice! They do wear masks :)

It's a bit of an older place, so not everything is brand new. There were some dirty moldings in the bathroom and under the counter. I'm sure they clean the place, but it just didn't have that "clean" smell when I walked into my room. Didn't smell bad, but just didn't smell clean.

I was given a different room than what I paid for in book it but I told the staff and they didn’t give me a hard time about it the next day I was in another room

The staff wasn’t so friendly

I had only stayed at a Sonesta once, in Atlanta, & I loved it, but this stay at your suite was even better!!!! I loved EVERYTHING about it & was sad I only got to stay one night. I plan to book every vacation going forward at a Sonesta if there is one there.

There was nothing I did not like.

The rooms were nice and comfortable could stay there for along time. Travis the night manager was awesome!! Very attentive to our needs and professional and had alot of great recommendations on things to do. Location was great kinda close to everything.

there was renovating going on on the third floor at the time of stay. not sure how long its been going on or when its going to finish. there was no neighboring noise or construction noise when I needed rest. So was not an issue other than wanting letting others know before coming here.

I didnt get her name she was skinny African American lady (worked the frontdesk)& oh my she made mine & my husband stay very awesome. She always talked to us when she saw us. Very sweet lady she needs a raise.. glad you have her working for your hotel.. I wish I have gotten her name.. we stayed there July 21st to July 24th..
