I love the thank you Ms Jackie, front desk, gave as we departed. She gave a very warm good bye and come back to see us. Her thank you was very genuine, sweet, honest, and heart feeling. We have never had anyone to greet us with such kindness, and the prayer of safe travels took me over. I would stay again as long as Ms Jackie works there. I was so full of laugher with the treat she had given us, a choose of different lollipops!!! I think that’s what brightens the entire stay. We thank her dearly!

We went to Houston because of a death in the family and I didn't want my family to stress about anything so I booked in advance and called several times 🤦🏾‍♀️just to make sure everything was as planed we got 3 room and all was Great!Also the staff knew then reasons why we was there because again I explained I needed everything to go smoothly and they were PERFECT we had NO ISSUES AT ALL everytime we go to Houston this is our go to place.. Thank you guys for all your hard work to make comfortable and stress free during our difficult time .

My family and I had no complaints at all everybody was so nice.

everything great from the staff clean breakfasts and every things we studied more than 2 weeks such a great time !! all girls and men who’s working in the reception super friendly and lovely !! definitely we will back and stay again.

I want to remark how welcomed and cared we felt thanks to Jacky, the lovely lady at the front desk; we had few issues with our room (ac leakeage and wet carpet floor) and she rapidly changed our room.

I wish I could say the same from other staff members but they weren’t even close, specially housekeeping members and the lady in charge of the breakfast which I recommed to improve by adding some natural fruit, yogurt or some healthy options. Also they need to improve their covid measures as I saw not only guests but also staff going around without a mask and we already know the virus can stay in the air for hours. If you want a quiet room, be sure to get one not facing the street as there is a noisy bar in front the hotel.

The room was very comfortable. I love the amenities like the shower cap and the makeup remover pads. Outstanding! The front desk staff was friendly, helpful and Jackie, I think that’s her name; an African American lady; was AMAZING! She gave me a lolypop when I left. God bless her. I enjoyed our conversation. The other guys at the front desk was exceptional too! I also liked the feeling of safety once I got into the hotel.

I didn’t like the neighborhood. Very scary. I felt unsafe until I got inside the hotel.

Location was perfect for what we needed.

We stayed 2 nights, we were in room 220 first and it was nice and clean, needs a new sofa though. we ended up in town another night and booked again and got room 227.. room was great except almost no water pressure in the shower :( Breakfast was also good, only the sandwiches need to be refrigerated! we got one what was sour and spoiled! it was ok we just got another one but that one sour bite was awful!

The staff was friendly and the room was clean. The bed and pillows was very comfortable.

I had to go to the front desk every night to have my key card reactivated it was very annoying. And don't stay in a room facing the street the Sports Bar across the street is very loud especially if you're a lite sleeper. Also if you came in at night and no one was at the front desk you have to walk around to the side of the building to get in.

Ms. Jackie is a phenomenon! She made what would have been just an "okay" stay memorable. Everything was clean and comfortable.

This hotel is, unfortunately, situated near nightclubs and strip clubs. The loud music into the wee hours was quite unpleasant, and someone's car alarm going off for almost an hour made it difficult to sleep. That is the only reason the review is not perfect.

I liked the location within the city. it was clean and quiet. offered breakfast.

Breakfast was average but good. I was satisfied.

The finishes are dated on the floors (corridors). The rooms facing the street can be noisy in the evening so better come with ear plugs.
