Embassy Suites by Hilton Houston Near the Galleria

The breakfast was good. I liked the complimentary drinks and snacks in the evening. There was a shuttle bus for the OTC nearby.

There was a faint smell of tobacco smoke in my room. The WiFi password seemed to expire every 24 hours, so I had to go down to the reception to have the WiFi restarted on my cellphone and laptop. After I had returned home to Norway I noticed the hotel had added USD 100 to my bill for car parking. As I had no car to park I complained through booking.com. So far, after six weeks, I have not heard anything.

This was one of the best stays we’ve ever had and we travel frequently. The room was spotless and had everything we needed (party of 4). The manager was very a kind and super helpful gentleman he had information on local things to do and restaurants to eat and was very hospitable. The breakfast was delicious and had a variety of things to choose from. The free bar was also great as the bartender was very fun to talk to and he made great drinks. We will definitely be staying here again when we’re in Houston.

Oooh my goodness, the bed was soooo comfortable, the shower was very relaxing and hot, the food was top of the line great. The pool& jacuzzi was amazing and very spacious lobby. The inside bar was great& Happy Hour was awesome check it out. The staff from front desk to dining was great& friendly. Very accommodating. Love the pond inside very relaxing. It's a good meeting spot. Conveniently located around food places, mall, bars, clubs, corner stores.they have one inside too everything in walking or drive. Security is good too but you do pay for parking at hotel.

Well the AC was not the greatest, it wouldn't get cold so being with sinus really bad and asthma I had a hard time breathing sweating restless sleep but the front desk manager Nick took care of me well. Thanks Nick. Traffic was not all great around it because of the mall and construction its kind of tight around there trying to get there or leaving,but the hotel is nice but if you don't like just alittle noise then you may not want to be here because it's a atrium hotel rooms are exposed to inside hotel activities ex:bar, food area but it's still nice& nice view to hang over your balcony to see.

I was charged for parking, and other business offered better parking rates without stay. The best part of my stay was at the bar thanks to Jeff the bartender. Super awesome Dude! Professional, experienced and makes everyone feel welcome. I'd be honest if it wasn't for his service I would have scored the staff poorly for lack of dialugue. Everyone straight to the point. That guys gold to your Hotel.

Don't charge for parking

The staff, specifically the day manager, Nick, was over the top helpful and kind. He offered to get us ice, he gave us bottled water at check-in, and remembered us every time we walked by.

One of the elevators was out of order, which made it a little inconvenient to get to our room.

Very good breakfast

Rooms need a bit of updating. Some doors around bathroom was coming apart. Looked bad

The food was excellent and there was something for everyone. My grandson liked the fruits while I like the eggs, pancakes, bacon, and potatoes. The breakfast room was actually spread between 2 rooms and the grill that was used to make your personal omelets.

Everything was better than going to a breakfast restaurant.

Atmosphere was nice and inviting. Loved socializing during the happy hour and breakfast hours.

Rooms were stuffy and not fresh. Perhaps can have carpets steamed cleaned more.

The breakfast was awesome. Keep it up with the neatness of the rooms and environment. I enjoyed every day of my stay. However there was no happy hour put in our place, probably because of COVID-19 issues around the World

A free transportation to OTC would be good in the future

Continental breakfast included and very good taste. The room was good as well very generous space.

Price was a bit higher but positive aspect is it includes parking, breakfast and happy hour drinks!
