I really don't appreciate this cashless business and having to use my card for such small things as a sandwich ! So a NO GO AGAIN for me !..

The hotel is very clean and still relatively new, good view of the airport and soundproofed room, fast NBN internet, smart TV with Netflix installed, gym is available and lastly the cafe at the top floor offers a good place to work remotely. Mascot also turned out to be a really good location, with tons of Asian dining options, also a short commute to the city and Airport.

The wifi can be tricky to connect to, on some of my devices the wifi login page refuses to load despite me using default dns settings. In my room, the toilet is faulty, so the water keeps flowing.

Location for the airport and Mascot station was ideal. Also the staff were welcoming and able to meet my needs when needed. The room was spacious enough for my stay and so was the bathroom. As I was visiting for business I needed reliable wifi and the wifi throughout the hotel had a good signal and download speed throughout the week I stayed there.

I stayed a week and my bed sheets weren't cleaned on occasions when I felt they should have been. I waited for the shuttle bus as per the hotel instructions but the bus did not come and after 30 minutes I got a taxi to the hotel.

the rooms are very cozy and the view is great if you love looking at planes and construction haha! the staff are extremely friendly and helpful, and the hotel itself is very conveniently located 10 minutes away from sydney airport by foot. we were provided with a haidryer, iron and kettle, along with other basic amenities in the room.

we would've liked for there to have been a microwave in our room rather than having to go to the shared space to access the microwave. also, the floors not being locked (card access only) were a slight peeve, but fortunately there were no problems with security during our stay.

What a gorgeous and fun little hotel. Super handy location, right next to the airport and you can watch the planes come and go as you please. I booked an overnight stay as I had an early international flight. I booked a shuttle with reception, and at $15 and well worth the cost (imo) to get to the international terminal at 5am with some heavy bags in already muggy weather. The room was massive, and very nicely made up. Bed super comfy. I booked a room with a bath and it's gorgeous and spacious, just like the pictures. I didn't venture to the vending machines or bar, as there are enough food options a short wander away or in my case an Ubereats order away.

Room was chilly, there was probably an AC unit I couldn't find but that was user error in me not looking or asking. Would highly recommend staying here for an overnight! Or even two if you're super into planes and want to relax a bit. I will definitely be back should I need another overnight stay.

The hotel was very nice and clean and just across the road from the airport. There is a little shop on the top level that sells food, coffee, snacks etc. and things like Panadol, which made up for the hotel not having room service. The room was very quiet and comfortable.

The hotel advertised that they had room service which is why I picked this hotel, however there is no room service. The front desk explained that the room service as advertised just meant that the rooms are serviced, not that there is a restaurant delivering to the rooms. She was very polite though and offered me a complimentary late check out to compensate. The little shop on the top floor had a good selection of food though so I was still able to get something to eat at the hotel.

We were a family of 4 that stayed in Citadines airport hotel for 1 night. We were landing in Sydney on a Friday and needed to stay 1 night for our international flight on Saturday. The hotel check-in was smooth and we were allocated our rooms (we had 2 rooms) which was fine. The bed was comfortable. There isn't too much space in the room but it was sufficient for 2 people for 1 night stay. The bathroom had a half shower door and we just couldn't figure out how to take shower without the water coming out of the shower area. They have a small cafe like thing where there were a few breakfast items and coffee. We didn't try any of that. So, cannot comment on it. The hotel is very well located, about 10 mins from the airport (close to Domestic as well as International terminals). The cab ride was less than 20 AUD. There are not too many places to eat around the hotel. We took a Cab to Brighton area to get dinner and dessert. Getting a taxi to the hotel was easy but getting a taxi from the hotel is not easy. This is because there isn't much around the hotel area. We did Uber from the hotel back to the airport.

The bathroom had half shower door with a rain shower. We just couldn't figure out how to take shower without all the water coming into the bathroom. It was just so impractical and found ourselves cleaning the floor after each shower.

I loved how close it was to the airport, the bed was like a cloud, the rooms were lovely, I loved the wall paper , the lounge chair was sooo comfy. Staff were very friendly & helpful

The heating was wayyyy too high & had to be adjusted by staff, once adjusted it was like the arctic. The walls were extremely thin. There was a massive well established cobweb in the bathroom . The aircon made noise all night. There was no kiosk near by. The shower water ran all over the floor. Don’t catch the shuttle bus unless you have cash, in fact, call an Uber , I did & it was cheaper.

Excellent location - close to the domestic airport and easy to access international. Staff were pleasant and helpful and the bed is comfortable.

Given the hotel appeals to travellers who may require an early start - heading down to the gym at 6:45am and it being inaccessible wasn’t great. This seems an odd thing to be picky over - but the doors to the rooms are VERY narrow and means you may need be a little creative when it comes to getting larger suitcases through. The other thing I’d advise - assuming there isn’t a massive surge going on - especially if there’s two or more travelling - don’t bother booking the transfer bus a - an Uber is usually cheaper - more fool us, tbh.

This was a surprisingly nice airport hotel. While airport hotels can sometimes be marked up places which are a bit dingy, this place was clean and had a really cute bar/lounge on the top floor where you could watch the airport and the city. If this were in the city, I could see myself wanting to spend a few days hanging out here. The check in was easy, the wifi worked well and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was well equipped and there were lots of amenities upstairs to warm and eat your own food, if you so choose. The staff were also quite nice/helpful, especially the younger fellow with the braces.

Nothing really to dislike. Just note that while this is very close to the domestic terminal for the airport, the international terminal is much further away and is not walkable. You will need to uber/taxi/shuttle, etc.
