Lighting needs to be erected over the long Mirror in the bedroom, as it is too dark to complete Beauty care, for example, Ladies applying Make- up and facials, as it's so difficult to complete these task, and to complete dressing also, however the room was lovely as always, and the view was just what we asked for, we feel so much at home when we visit Coventry Village Hotel, we also enjoyed the Spa facilities so relaxing clean and enjoyable., So much so the sauna soothed my lower back pain I was enduring and soon felt better Afterwards, all I can say is we had a wonderful time and Weekend it was Awesome 👍👍

I thought it was a very modern and comfortable facility. I really liked that they had Starbucks, a bar, a restaurant all inside the facility. There’s also a gym and pool which looked very nice but I didn’t try whilst there. Think you get a lot of value for money. I LOVED the fact I had a Dyson fan in my room! Big that up!

If I am super picky I felt that the room I was in could have been a tad cleaner, like it was totally fine, just a few things I noticed, but nothing terrible. Bed was a bit firmer than I liked but I’m just being picky. It was a really pleasant stay

Nice big room, decent bathroom, pool, free parking during weekends, costa in the hotel. The fact that we had a cot for our baby ready in the room when we arrived.

We got only one full size towel and we were 2 adults and a baby. Breakfast rather basic and too expensive for what it was. Pub food from ok to unedible, depending on what you order, chicken in my (also overpriced) salad was so rubbery, it could not be pierced with a fork, did not eat it, felt boiled (?) for too long. The whole hotel is like a labirynth, what floor you are at, depends on which lift you take.

Staff were excellent, went above and beyond during our stay. Facitlies on site were brilliant, although resent paying for parking during the week when I’ve paid for the room already. Easy check in, made use of the pool which was lovely and clean and also loved having a Starbucks on-site too for a morning coffee. The restaurant was ok. Felt it was a bit overpriced for what you received, but food was fine. Staff were great though and very accommodating. It’s a busy hotel with lots of people coming in to use the leisure facilities.

Very hard and high pillows on the bed.

Perfect for work trip . Fine size and very clean. Excellent shower and bathroom goods provided ( apart from only one towel) nice staff in the restaurant downstairs but very expensive. All areas very clean throughout. Nice helpful lady on reception. Very comfortable beds . Good selection of bedding provided.

No WiFi code provided in the room . Very small bin bag in the room. Only one towel even though we booked for 2 people. Slow check in due to computer speed . Only one chair provided in room for work space

At the restaurant at Breakfast, we notice the waitress wipe the tables , however they don't wipe the chairs over given all the crumbs lands on it , also Greece marks noticed on back of the chairs, given we the customers have to sit on the chairs with our clean Clothes, I think this area needs to be addressed, apart from that all is good , I'm a Valued customer for a number of years, and I enjoy visiting the Village hotel in Coventry 👍 Thank you for your kind Attention Bev Hayles Valued Customer

Lovely hotel room was clean and comfortable staff very helpful and friendly

Came for breakfast just after 10 and there was no bread available for toast as they had ran out at 8.30am the girl behind the counter was rush of her feet working on her own we had to wait a while for the food to be brought out and no plates were available for us to use.we had to ask for items several times.

It's a really useful place to stay when you're working around the university campus. Shower is awesome and the bed is really comfortable. It's pretty good value for money.

The extra payment for parking always irks me at hotels, especially when they are miles out of the city centre. There is no air conditioning here so it can get pretty warm in the room on really hot days.

beautiful building, very modern, my room was stunning, my gorgeous bed I’ve ever stayed in.

I booked my stay through booking.com, when I arrived they couldn’t find my booking and then charged my card their £154 rate when I’d booked to pay for £81. it was a shock when it came up on my phone but the gentleman on the reception was very helpful and got me a refund the next day.

We stayed here because it was close to our friends who had invited us to a Birthday Party. It was OK for staying for a couple of nights. Room was OK. The couple of staff we met on checking in and checking out were helpful and friendly.

It's in the middle of an industrial estate, so no pleasant walks or nearby facilities for going out anywhere, other than by car. Double bed was simply that - we're used to larger ones. No glasses for overnight water, no free secure WiFi.
