I like everything. Nothing to dislike. I only have a suggestion. When we arrived at the hotel, there was only one staff in the reception so we waited for more than 15 minutes, only to be told that there was a separate check in counter for club access. not really a big hassle for us and all staff are really friendly so we really dont mind. just want to suggest let guests with club access booking know prior that the check in counter is at 11th floor.

Brilliant location. Adjacent to all the important MRT lines in Singapore. Walking distance to the museum and Fort Canning. Convenient 24-hr stone on the ground floor is also a huge plus. Stylish and comfortable rooms with excellent facilities.

The façade of the property, particularly in the pool area, could do with a clean. Moss and dirt was present on a large amount of the exterior in this area. Not a big issue but would be nice.

Location and staff.

None of the lounges were open or accessible during our stay. We were not informed of this at time of booking or after booking. I feel rather annoyed as we paid full price expecting all the facilities advertised to be available. Basically we ended up with a room and a front lobby. This isn't good enough for the price we paid.

Central location for walking to Orchard Road, having both a bus stop and subway at your doorway. Walk to Singapore National Museum. Elegant, high end breakfast buffet that was part of our room rate. Impressive. Staff very helpful.

The staff is very attenting Location next to Bus stop and MRT station is excellent. .

The air con at 8th floor has a fungus smell and needs cleaning. We could Chance the room to 9th floor. Apparently we have not been the first guests who noted that.

I had a Club room which included access to a hospitality room where they served a continental breakfast and had snacks later in the day. I liked the convenience of it. there was also a concierge who could provide assistance or information as needed. The room was nice and big and the decor looked new. The bathroom was nice and included a Toto washlet toilet and a large shower but no tub. It was very quiet. I have stayed in this neighbourhood before and like it. It is close to several shopping areas and 5 minutes walk to the History Museum. It has excellent MRT connections. I had arrived early because I had disembarked a cruise ship. I informed the hotel of this on booking and luckily they were able to have a room for me right away which I was not expecting. The staff always remembered my name. The front desk was helpful in booking me a taxi to the airport in the early hours of the morning.

A reading chair in the room would be nice.

Although the hotel looks outdated in certain places, the executive room on the 11th floor was very good, clean & spacious. The special dining area on this floor was managed superbly by Marjorie & her team, who attended to our needs in a professional manner, ensuring our stay was made very comfortable . The evening cocktails were excellent as an aperitif prior to settling for the night. The free laundry facility was an added bonus that provided fresh, clean clothes to be used. The train station is literally steps away from the door of the hotel, which made getting around the city very easy. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, my wife & I enjoyed every minute of it.

The lobby area has a resting area providing tea and fresh ground coffee, but at most times, it was unattended .

My stay was in April for 4 nights. Location was good, near train and public transport (MRT and bus) and close to various sightseeing places and shops and restaurants. Gym and swimming pool were good. Strong wifi, which was useful as I needed to work. Staff were all helpful and nice. I was able to print some pages for a presentation.

Room did not get cleaned on first day for some reason, not sure why (even when i had put the cleaning light on when i left room at 10.30 in mrng) but once i alerted the reception the next day, they ensured cleaning on following days. The downstairs coffee shop was not operating during my time of stay. Kept receiving messages via booking.com app to review, but no actual link. Also too many emails which would make me not provide email in future. Bombarding customer to review is not helpful, esp when they have had a long journey home. Customers are able to decide when they will review in their own time.

This hotel is very near to MRT station. A lot of shops nearby. 7E just besides the main lobby. Starbucks and Subway just 2mins walk. The staffs were all very friendly and helpful. Especially mr dean from the front desk was very polite. even offered coffee and tea to us while waiting for our checkout. the room is ready when we arrived 1 hour early. they provided welcome drinks very nice on hot weather. the iron provided was one of the best iron i have used, my cloths are all very nice for holiday. they also provided luggage storage if you want to leave before check in or after check out. i give 9/10 for this hotel and recommend to everyone going to singapore.

only 2 things - they dont have toilet with bidet. in the room or at the lobby toilet. i didnt asked before, but maybe they can provided selected room with bidet so guest can request 😊 another one is the hotel window overlooking the pool is quite dirty and worn out. the front hotel looks new and clean but the back of the hotel need some cleaning and updated. they have swimming pool but its not very appealing to go and swim.

we had really great service from Jaap the club lounge concierge he helped us book a restaurant a nd told us the best places to go, would recommend him to any one going for help enjoyed the club room but the times 6-8 was dinner time so only got to use to cocktails once as all the other days we couldn't make it back in time, but breakfast was very good and loved it

I thought the rooms were a lot smaller then the pictures on-line, so asked to be moved to another room, only to find the replacement room was smaller than the one we'd come from, but had a window facing the museum so just excepted it
