The hotel and room feels like brand new, everything is so clean and the bed is comfortable even for 2 adults and a child. The staff is also very helpful. Coin laundry is available although I did not use them. The location is a short walk from Nagoya station with many choices of food and the area is very safe. The Lawson store next to the hotel is really great to grab any snacks and drinks. The shower strength is superb too. Cleaners will leave a fresh set of towels and water at the door if you choose not to make-up the room for the day.

Book for 2+1 but only had 2 pillows although had 3 sets of towels, not really a concern and did not bother to ask from reception as I believe the helpful staff there will definitely help if I had put in the request.

Excellent location to catch early train to the airport, about 8 mins walk on the road. Also walking distance to shops and eateries (above ground and in the many underground passes). We took the Japanese breakfast option (4 choices) at Nakau which was filling and good value for money. This food chain also serves variety of affordable Japanese meals making it very convenient. Twin beds were large and firm, pillows were comfortable and the provided casual/ nightwear was very comfortable. Washing Machine Dryer with inbuilt detergent was great and has 4 options which can satisfy different needs. Air conditioning can be controlled. A good place to stay for a day or two.

It will be good if there is a safety deposit box. The tea making / cabinet area is dark, can do with some additional lighting. At other Daiwa chain hotels you can see the status of washing machine in use. It will be great if this is implemented. No USB ports so bring your power adaptors. However one multi charging cable is provided.

Good location and convenient. The drip coffee provided was aromatic. There are reasonably priced Western and Japanese choices of breakfast at the restaurant downstairs which opens very early(around 5am for the Japanese), very suitable for early travelers like us! it is also a very short work to the Nagoya underground which links all the way to the station. The staff were very attentive to our needs and regularly topped up the room towels in a paper bag daily even though we had indicated not to have our rooms made.

Location = near Nagoya station which three main railways are accessible. Department stores and convenient stores are also near the hotel so it's very easy to find something to eat. Room quality = As expected from the hotel, they always offer the best quality and clean room to their guests. Staff and services = Great and helpful

Best location for food shopping and all means of transport. Japanese breakfast is value for money. The room size is small but livable. Clean and quiet room.

We do not need daily cleaning but clean towels were provided everyday. Would suggest hotel to have another option for request of clean towels change on alternative day to save the environment.

Good location as it is near the Nagoya train station. We were given very uncomfortable smoking rooms and the staff tried to clean as much as possible to make our stay comfortable. We did not include breakfast in our booking.

There are 3 Daiwa Roynet Hotels around Nagoya station. Arriving in the cold and dark we went to the wrong one! This one is a little far from the station which is expansive because of the different rail companies.

Near to the train station, walking distance. Loved the spacious room and toilet. Bed was comfy, and did not sink in. Glad to have a sofa/seating area. Value for money. Friendly staff.

Personally, don't like too dark coloured carpets, makes the room look gloomy. TV channels mostly in Japanese. Other than that, all was good!

Location is excellent and near train station. Our twin bed bedroom was spacious by Japanese standard. Staff was polite.
