This is our 2nd time staying at the Mitsui Garden Ginza. The hotel is very clean, comfortable, staff members are amazing! Extremely helpful, friendly and professional at the same time. ^We also went to Shari for our New Year’s Eve dinner and it was lovely.

If I can be picky, please provide vending machines on every floor rather than just on level 2. Sometimes we feel like having a drink or two after shower and It’s a bit inconvenient for guests to have to dress up again to go to level 2 to get the drinks.

strategic location as train station is just like 2 mins walk, a lot of restaurants, convenient stores around and famous ginza shopping street is 200m away. breakfast is set options type with salad and drinks bar available and it’s not bad.

room is small (standard Japanese hotel size) where you might struggle finding space to open up your luggage. amenities is in the lobby so you have to take yourself (being a 4 star id expect it to be available in room). there’s no view as our room is facing directly to another hotel’s wall.

1) the room differences between regular and upgrade was just a slight difference. This was not marked clearly on website 2) CLEANINESS - multiple times witness people who DO NOT SHOWER and enter the onsen. Not enough regulation signs or markers to instruct guests to shower. Understand that it’s not hotels fault but it is disgusting for other guests who actually do follow the rules. Also need signs to say that slippers in onsen belong to individual guests. My slippers were taken by other guests thinking it’s free for anyone to use.

The location was excellent, relatively close to most places via either Metro or JR lines. There was a laundry room with 2 machines for wash and dry only for ￥500 (with washing detergent included). This is heaven for travellers staying for many nights. I stayed here when the hotel first opened in 2019. Returning in 2023, I can see the hotel room condition needed some touch up with even a pandemic for 2 years. The room condition needs some recondition. Front office staff were very friendly, helpful and always had a wonderful welcoming smile on their face. Their English abilities are excellent. Great job to everyone that made my long stay an enjoyable one. If I return to Tokyo, I will surely stay here again.

For someone staying for 18 nights, I would expect to be assigned at a higher level, yet I was assigned on 3/F. opposite a construction site and few restaurants. The bin truck came at 00:30 to pick up rubbish and the construction site work started very early, therefore, it was very noisy. My preference is to have the window open instead with the air conditioning blustering on. So, it was too noisy to sleep. One point about the room cleaning. Overall, HSKP did a brilliant job but I found out some previous occupier has left a pair of socks behind the single sofa but no HKPS staff has found that during their routine cleaning after the room was vacant.

Excellant location, just 1 minute walk from exit 4 of Higashi Ginza station. Easy to get around Tokyo using the subway - either Higahsi Ginza station or Ginza station. Walking distance to shopping steeets in Ginza. Limousine bus service to airports just across the street from the hotel - 5 minutes' walk. Room was small but well cleaned. Cleaning staff was very friendly and did a good job. The bonus was the public bath - seems to be a feature of Mitsui Garden Hotel.

Room was very small and the bed for two was mini queen size.

Great location. Easy access to different metro lines. Ginza Six is just around the corner. Room was nice and clean. The bathtub was a good size to take a relaxing bath. The selection for breakfast was great too.

location is perfect!! walking distance to the shopping area and subway ! the hotel itself is beautiful and clean . wonderful staff !! they have vending machines and washer on the second floor . housekeeping did a great job. we booked the Moderate Double Room, it was a small room but enough to spend the night . pillows were terrible, I had to go buy my own pillow since they couldn’t provide a softer one . we didn’t like the breakfast very much. on our check out day , they gave us the option to pay for a late check out and the hotel kept our luggage in the storage.

Great location. Easy access to many underground tube/metro to go anywhere. Within a walking distance, there are many superb shopping, sight-seen areas. Fridge was there and all tea and coffee. Staff were very helpful for checking in and out using automated machine.

The room was rather smaller than I have expected the price I had paid and a bit dark. Not easy with big suitcase. Fridge, coffee and tea were all there but no spoons! Only wooden sticks for stir. Slippers were not in a bag like a usual way but just out there. I am sure they clean them but I was not sure to use them. I had to ask a show cap at the reception. The towels were so thin that I have never seen it in a hotel like this....

Small room and taking time to open up luggage as space is limited. But I guess this is what you expect in Tokyo. Next time we will book the bigger room. What we had is already moderate size one which is still 18 m2. Check the size of the room in the details before booking.
