The price is pretty reasonable considering the location and the other competitors' price. The property looks like it used to be an apartment but rennovated afterwards into a hotel. Therefore the lobby is pretty small so when I got there, it was pretty packed and smelled a little bad because of the cafe next to the reception. The room was excellent. It was clean, enough space, nice bed and the shower room was pretty spacious. They cleaned my room everyday when I was out and even refilled the water for free. Overall, highly recommended to stay for someone who needs a hotel for budget in Tokyo.

Nice hot shower and clean bathroom, beds are big enough and staff is very friendly. Air-conditioning was on all days and night, which made coming back after a hot day very comfortable. The room is quite small and there is no closet for your clothes. But some hangers will do the work. Location is good, 10 minute walk from train and metro station Ueno. And supermarket around the corner. I would recommend this place if you are planning on being outdoors all day and just stay in the hotel to sleep.

Breakfast is just simple. But free coffee and tea.

Good strategically located on walking distance from Convenience shops, cafes, barbershop, restaurants, Ueno park ( National Museum), Ueno Station, znd Kappabachi, the best neighborhood to buy kitchen knives, kitchen wares, and so forth. Good staff that provide excellent service and are flexible when you want to leave your luggage for some time after checkin out. Free coffee and tea in the lounge 24/7a

The lounge in floor 2 could be a bit more welcoming with plans and better lighting. The atrium also leaked quite significantly during a downpour during my one-week stay

Great place to stay, lots of places to eat and Ueno Station within a 10 minute walk. Very clean and tidy. The room was small, but it did state the size when booking, so it was expected. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Be careful if booking an Uber, this is done using taxis. The price ’quoted’ on our Uber was only an approximate and we were charged double. Walk to the train station, get a multi day pass as it is very efficient to get everywhere.

Location, it’s only a 5 minute walk to the closest subway entrance but there’s no restaurants nearby. laundry machine detergent is very week and our clothes didn’t clean very well, we had to rewash some.

10 minutes from train station on foot. The facility was tidy, but showing signs of age. Showers were good size, bathroom looks updated. Room size is small, but good for price. Breakfast was decent and reasonably priced even if you didn't include it in package.

Could use deep cleaning (scuffs and marks on walls,etc). Needs coin dispenser near laundry facilities. AC units work, but not quickly.

The rooms are a good size and clean. Bed is comfortable. Toilet is the bidet fancy type. Good enough heating (winter) Not too far from the station 5-10 mins walk

The TV is tiny. Lack of a bathtub (shower only). The shower room is a little tight, but that's expected with a "budget" hotel. but there are bathing facilities around the area.

Clean and nice double room with comfy bed. Good aircon, refrigerator and tv. Also free water refill, coffee & tea. Location was great. Good restaurants near by and things to see. Hotel staff was helpful and great!

Pretty small room for two people with bigger luggage but we managed to fit in :)

Really enjoyed the local area and the hotel's bathroom was one of the roomiest we experienced on our trip whilst the room was our cheapest. Helpful front desk staff who speak English and great free coffee made available 24 hours in Reception. What's not to like?

The hotel was close (10min walk) to the Ueno station and pretty close is a Family Mart and 7eleven. Air conditioning was great as well.

Room was really small for two people with big luggages. And the bathroom area was quite small as well. And no outlet beside the bed, only on the desk.
