Very clean and comfortable beds. Excellent breakfast made to order. Quiet.

Everything perfect with the hotel itself. However, it is best to have a car since the hotel is on the north side of the lake and distant from the bus station. The red bus doesn't leave the station until 9 am and thus doesn't pick up the first group from the hotel until 9:38. It leaves the station for the last time at 5:45 pm and that makes it tough since there are no restaurants near the hotel. Just something to think about.

My room is spacious, mixed of western bed and Japanese style living room though is small. The furnitures including bathroom are new, good quality, and clean. Three choices of breakfast which are very delicious. We can see Fuji from the room, and there is a bus stop in front of the hotel that you can take bus to the famous Osihi park in less than 10 mins. There is a convenience store which located in the ground floor of the hotel. In short, very good value, definitely recommended.

The hotel is about 10 minutes drive from town center, so better to have a car. Otherwise, very limited choice for dinner. Also, it would be good to have a tatami floor chair and table in the dining room, that's made the room more enjoyable. There isn't curtain in one of the japanese window. So it may be an issue to someone who sensitive to sun light when sleeping. Last but not least, no lift service in the hotel, be prepared to carry your luggage to the 2nd floor though the hotel staff is willing to help.

The location is good and bad. Good in that it’s on the side of the lake with a lot of cherry trees and a great view of Mount Fuji. Bad in that there’s not much within walking distance and there’s no bike rental nearby. The rooms are directly on top of the FamilyMart with a bus stop right in front. Again, good and bad - convenient but until ~9pm there’s always people like loud bikers talking right outside of your window. The rooms have peekaboo views of Mt Fuji.

Nice big rooms with plenty of space. Mt Fuji views was great from rooms. Location isn’t too far from the Kawaguchiko station (8-10 mins drive).

They didn’t clean the rooms during our 3 nights stay. Plenty of toiletries and towels etc placed in room, even gave extra trash bags for you to change out the trash bins on your own… but our trash just sit in the room during our stay. Breakfast has to be pre-ordered the day before; otherwise just buy and eat in the family mart (not allowed to eat family mart food at the hotel). If you have family with more luggages, early morning departure and want to pre-book your own large car transport to the station, they won’t do it for you as they will only book normal size taxi. They kindly allowed us to use their phone to book on our own.

We stayed in the annex which was really lovely. Very spacious and comfortable. Staff were excellent and breakfast, which was served in the annex, was very nice. Check in and out was very quick and simple. The location for Mt Fuji was stunning.......just a very short walk.

Be prepared to walk a lot if you want to eat late evening. The buses stop about 1830!!! Not much in the way of restaurants in the immediate vicinity but a decent Family Mart under the main part of the hotel. Best plan is to eat at lunchtime and then snack later.

We love this hotel 😻 The location is very convenient. There is Family Mart on the 1st floor of the hotel. The bus stop (Red line) is in front of hotel. The Kawaguchiko Music Forest Museum is opposite the hotel. The lake and the Momiji Tunnel Festival is nearby (around 5-10 min by walk). The room is so spacious and luckily we can see Mountain Fuji view from the window of our room!! The water is strong and we can adjust water temperature. There are bathtub and auto toilet machine in the bathroom. The staffs are so kind and welcome us warmly. They allow us to leave our backpacks after check-out in the morning and get them back in the evening time. If I visit Kawaguchiko again, I would definitely stay here for sure.

Very big room and cleanliness. - Private outdoor bathtub with Mt.Fuji view. - Near the lake and sakura festival. - Near convenient store with atm (family mart, 7-11) - In front of the kawaguchi music forest bus stop. - No noise from nearby room except only when you are using outdoor bathtub. - Helpful and nice staff, they also help us carry our luggage to second floor.

Breakfast (A small pack of bread, 1 boil egg, and vegetables soup) if you come too slow maybe nothing would be left over. - There is a sharing shoes cabinet beside the door and sometimes misunderstood happened, that's why my hotel slippers were lost on the second day lol, but don't worries hotel provide you a basket to bring your shoes back to your room. - No shuttle bus service.

Location was fantastic, north side of the lake giving a splendid view of the lake with Mt Fuji in the background. It was also conveniently situated right in front of the bus-stop with Family Mart & 7-11 along the same stretch of road. Furthermore, the surroundings were lovely and quiet making it a pleasant stay throughout. & the hotel staff (Sunil and the guy serving breakfast) were also exceptional in making it an amazing experience. Kudos to them. We really enjoyed our stay here and hope to come back here in the future! :)
